SH-I : DSITC of Signboard Replaccement of old facia signage board sheet with new 4mm thick, long life UV resistance poly carbonate transparent, sheet with glare free surface and letters and symbols made out from 3M film pasted from inside with required colouring by designing as per ICAO standards for mandatory/ informatory guidance sign complete as per technical specification. New designed polycarbonate sheet to be fixed by dismantling the old polycarbonate sheet complete as per site requirement. (legends as approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Design , Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sign boards of various sizes as under made of anodised 2 mm thick aluminium frame with suitable angle support with 1.5 mmm thick aluminium back cover and 4 mm thick poly carbonate sheet with glare free face, the letter and symbols made out from 3M film pasted from inside with required coloring for mandatory/ information guidance sign with suitable arrangement to function on both main and standby CCR (runway/taxiway) circuits with internal control circuits. Suitable arrangements shall be made for water tightness and locking arrangement, sign boards shall be uniformly internally illuminated with required number of with LEDs lights to achieve required illumination level, operated on input source of 2.5 A to 6.6 A constant current without any flickering, including its suporting legs, breakable coupling and base frame etc. complete as required as per technical specification and ICAO norms.
