Material and labour for 25mm thick (average thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, 12.5mm graded stone aggregate finishing cement concrete surface even and fair using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rotational moulded polyethene water storage tanks 1000 lit capacity with lid (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I, including dismantling water tanks and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 20mm dia gun metal,globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 20 mm bore Nipple suitable for HDPE water tank. (Minimum weight 15 mm-38gms/20mm?45gms /25mm- 6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down of existing roof treatment from roof and terrace, roughening surface of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and applying roof treatment with the following steps and specifications:- a) Applying crack seal compound of same manufacture of waterproof to fill all cracks of observed on the roof. b) Applying cement slurry over concrete surfaces @3kg/sqm. c) Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures’ instruction(not less than 3% by weight of cement) on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plastered surfaces for 7 days by ponding of water over the roof, (leveling course). d) Applying evenly one coat of primer coating (diluted with water in the ratio specified by Manufacturers) (min @100-110Sq Ft per liter (diluted quantity)) on the cleaned plastered surfaces. The surface shall be left for air dry for minimum period of 2-3 Hrs. e) Applying evenly one coat of elastomeric water proof coat in one direction (as specified by Manufacturers)(min@ 0.9-1.0 sqm per ltrs) and allow to air dry for 4-6 hrs before applying second coat in other direction perpendicular to the first one (as specified by Manufacturers) (min @0.9-1.0 sqm per ltrs. The total thickness of two coats shall be 0.5 to 0.6 mm. f) The whole system shall be left for air cure for min Seven days (without any movement). Make : - Dr Fixit Newcoat Ezee or Berger Home Shield PU RoofKoat or Asian Paints Smartcare Damp Proof or as equivalent approved by GE. Note : - (i) The waterproofing shall be carried out in the last stage of execution to avoid any damages during the execution. (ii) Payment against this item shall not be allowed till completion of all the stages of work for any slab. (iii) The work shall be executed through well-trained applicators as per manufacturer’s instructions after obtaining written approval from the GE

Material and labour for complete removal of loose/ cracked concrete including reinforcement if required from RCC roof projection, chajja, fins, facia etc and making good with PCC (1:1.5:3) type A0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) in any slab and in any position finsihed the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement including necesary formwork and weldign/binding of reinforcement (including reinforcement) if required complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Demolition of cement concrete above ground floor and pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sunken treatment of Toilet/Bathroom as in following steps: i) Top of RCC slab in sunken portion including peripheral beams shall be plastered with 15mm thick in cement mortar 1 : 3 using approved water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth using extra cement, curved at the junctions. ii) Apply two coats of epoxy resin/polymer modified cementations coating like brush bond of FOSROK/SIKA/Pedilite or equivalent, both on floor & beams. iii) Sunken slabs to be given 1:20 slope outward 25mm GI pipe spout with 300 mm projection beyond outer surface of wall shall be provided. iv) Water tightness of sunken portion to be tested by ponding with water for 72 hours. In case of even a slight mark of seepage, the portion to be treated and ponding shall be carried out again to confirm the water tightness of sunken slab. v) The sunken portion will be filled with lean concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using brick aggregates to required depth. Note : No cutting in roof slab/beam shall be allowed for passing of CI pipes & fittings. The stage of water proofing to sunken slab shall be passed by Eng-in-charge/GE.

Supply and fix PVC blanking plate, one model sutable for MCB DB complete all as specified and directed.
