| 1Dismantling Work | |||||
| 1.01 | Carefully dismantling ceramic tile or any type flooring along with its bed mortar up to RCC slab as per existing site condition by mechanical means in existing toilets and disposing of all the unserviceable material & debris away from Bank's premises at a place permissible by the Municipal Corporation and staking the salvageable materials/items at place as directed, including required scaffolding, tools and tackles, at all lead & lift, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) While carrying out the dismantling works care shall be taken to avoid the damages to the structural members viz. RCC Beam, Slab, etc. (b) Dismantling work is to be planned in such a way that it has least disturbance to the office functioning using proper tools & machinery (c) Necessary arrangement if any, required due to disconnection of water supply and waste pipe system for smooth functioning of other toilets (d)Tenderer shall inspect the site and assess the quantum of dismantling works involved before quoting their rate. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of necessary rebate for items possessing salvage value and scaffolding at all heights, stacking, removal of debris out of the Bank premises, lifting charges of the debris
manually through the staircase etc. complete as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

(iii) European WC wall mounted including its fittings, taps, flush valve/PVC flush tank, at all levels :Approx. Qty - 1 Nos
(iv) Existing concealed/exposed all types PVC, GI, CI pipe lines along with valves, stop cock ,traps etc, up to vertical stack in duct area or as per site condition, without damaging the flooring/wall plugging the water supply line in suitable location etc., complete on as is where is basis. Rate shall inclusive of making good the wall and scaffolding as and where required.
(v) Doors shutters including Frames, Architrave, holdfast etc : Qty-2 Nos
(vi) Mirror with wooden moulding, back ply and other fittings : Qty - 02 Nos

| 1.04 | Dismantling water proofing treatment and sunken portion filled up materials upto RCC slab surface including removal of all C.I. pipes, G.I. pipes up to vertical stacks, Nahani traps, Gully traps, C.I fittings including cleaning the exposed r.c.c. surface with wire brush, etc., complete including removal of debris out of the Bank's premises as directed by Bank's Engineer-in-Charge. | 3 | CuM | - | - |
| 2Waterproofing/ Brick masonry work | |||||
| 2.01 | Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, Urinals, Wash basin area etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with approved water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with curing . Both the layers treatment shall continue on vertical walls/columns up to 600mm high. The entire sunken surface and side of the sunken portion shall be applied with average 15 mm thick waterproof cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 admixed with waterproof chemical of approved make as per manufacturer's specification. The waterproof surface shall be tested by ponding water for at least two days so as to ensure no leakages or seepages of water as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall include surface preparation before applying the treatment, the waterproofing works are to be carried out in best manner and the entire work should be guaranteed for its performance for minimum 5 years. The guarantee shall be furnished on required value stamp paper as per the Bank's approved proforma. Actual measured quantity as finished shall be considered for payment. | 15 | SqM | - | - |
