M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

M&L rendering on concrete/brick surfaces 15mm thick in CM 1:4 using with water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified . ( Note:- WPC measured and paid saperately)

M&L 5mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 on Concrete Surfaces, ceiling etc finished surface Even and Smooth, without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of internal wall and applying two Coats of oil emulsion distemper over 3 mm thick wall care putty on wall plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick square/ rectangular area of Each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone Slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid dry or laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 20- 25 mm thick machine cut kota stone flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab laid over 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut kota stone as in vertical surfaces risers of steps , skirting, dado and pillars etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of stone slab laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection finishing even & fair without using extra cement laid in bays with construction, 6mm thick joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 80/100 gde and three part of sand ( all by weight) complete all as specified and as directed..

Demolition of brick work as in walls/parapet wall,s removing grass fungus weed, roots of trees completely, grown on roof/wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. .

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) area exc 1.5 Sqm but n-exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed. .
