Excavation over areas n.exc. 1.5 mtr in deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soil, to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting surface by using power roller exceeding 8 ton and not exc 12 ton capacity complete all as specified nd directed

M & L for 150mm mm thick soling(or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150mm mm thick Water bound macadam (WBM) (compacted thickness) (in two layers 75mm thick each layer) with granite, trap or basalt coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50mm to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to camber and gradient required all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-30 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressure to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-30 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete consolidated thickness 40 mm with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG -30 grade, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller complete to a uniform surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm size graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stone of size 400x300x150mm and set in position with cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes 600mm bore, Class NP3, laid and jointed in CM 1:1 complete with collers, all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm size graded stone aggregates) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under completely surrounding pipes with concrete for 600mm bore pipes and after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm size graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete and filling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for15mm thick plaster on stone masonry wall in CM 1:6 finish the surface even and fair all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying thermoplastic road marking paint (reflective) of specified shade or colour, 2.5 mm thick exceeding 10 cm width with glass beeds 250gms/sqm including layout of centre line, dashes, arrows, speed breakers, writting letters etc., using hot thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator, on road surface made free of all dirt, scales,oil grease, foreign materials etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F road delinators as per IRC-79-1981 (road way indicators) dual directions, retro reflective, round delinator made out of 16 gauge MS pipe 75mm dia and of height 900mm duly powder coat painted and provided with three reflective band of colour red, white and yellow colour, 150mm wide and 50 micron thick and protected with welded wire mesh cage including necessary excavation of size 300x300x450mm and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 foundation complete all as directed.
