Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at place inside DAE installation identified as dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineering-in-charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this item are applicable for the NET quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @20% in respect of soil and 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding stack / truck measurements 2) The earth shall be dammed well inside the damping yard not over approach pathway road. Lead charges for lead Exceeding 50m but not exceeding 3Kilometer.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and dirctored including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the form work will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel confirming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make ' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts .

Providing and laying cast -insitu M20 Grade controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum of size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates with 320Kg of cement per Cu.m concrete including weigh batching, charges for mixing and cost admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, column, lintels, sunshades, gutter slab, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary all as per specification all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note:1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing and cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtain for dosage and compatibility.

Supplying and filling the foundation and basement with Quarry dust, filling in the layers of not more than 150mm thick, each layer well rammed and consolidated by hand/mechanical roller including watering, levelling, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete in all respects as per clause 406 of MoRT & H Specifications for road and bridge works ( 4th Revision ) and as directed by the Engineer -in - Charge.

Proving and construction brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:6 including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specification and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc for the following floors. For Basement and Ground Floor

Providing and laying Damp proof course over brick masonry wall at basement level in cement mortar 1:3 25mm thick mixing with crude oil at the rate of 5% by weigth of cement including curing, finishing etc. complete all as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 40mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly and crushed stone sand including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surfaces smooth, clearing the surfaces neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing plastering to the internal surface of brickwork/concrete at all elevation in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surface with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves where ever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing cement plaster skirting in cement mortar 1:3, 18mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including curing, making uniform heigth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing plastering to the external surface of brickwork/concrete at all elevation in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surface with pointed tool, scaffloding, finishing, curing,forming grooves where ever necessary ,all as per specifications.

Providing Rough cast plastering 20mm thick at all elevation and levels consisting of 8mm thick rough cast in cement mortar 1:3 using 6mm to 10mm size hard granite stone over the bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:5 for external faces, including packing scoffloding, curing providing grooves wherever required complete all as per specifications & drawings and as directed by Engineering-In-charge.

Providing F3 Finishing over concrete surface in cement mortar 1:1.5 (1 part of cement : 1.5 part of fine sand ) including wetting the surface, labour, curing, all material, scaffolding, at all elevation complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast unit of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid unit, exhaust fan moulds, slabs, etc., in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate with 380Kg of cement per Cu.m concrete including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer..

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium plastic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufactures) to given an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on rough cast plaster surface at all level with Acrylic emulsion paint (APEX or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufactures) to given an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to requried shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15)work for door windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular section / Z sections and other section of aprroved make confirming to IS :733 and IS :1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expanstion hold fastners including necessary filling up gaps at junction, at top, bottom and sides with requried PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight , mitred and jointed mechanically wherever requried including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and direction of engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever requried. (fitting, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) Note: 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners requried for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4. Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing and fixing Glazing with 5mm thick clear Float glass pane in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with Neoprene gasket including cost of neoprene gasket complete as per the per the drawings and direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC SWR Rain water pipes 160mm outer dia downtake pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A and PVC SWR Fitting & specials confriming to IS:14735 . 'Finolex' or other approved equivalent make of pipes, fitting & specials including jointing with seal ring / with PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls /cloumns using clamps, anchor fasteners, bolts and teakwood packing pieces, anchor fasteners, bolts and teakwood packing pieces, joints testing etc. complete all as per drawings specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, cutting, supplying, bending to the shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in the position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/ pipe sleeves/penetration etc.. Using MS angles, channels, I-section plates, tees, flats, round square section etc., including chamfering and rounding of the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer/ Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coat of flat oil paint /synthetic enamel paint of approved colour make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per the specification, drawings as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arrange by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and laying cement based waterproofing treatment with a course layer of broken bricks of various sizes to and an average thickness of 100mm over a 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:5 mixed with water proofing compound , plastering the top layer 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:5, mixed with water proofing compound, finished with thread marking at 30mm squares ( South India water proofing or equivalent, ratio to cement shall as per manufacturer specification or 2% to be adopted ). Note: Suitable gurantee for 10 years is to be provided for this work. This work has to be executed as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes 150mm dia conforming to IS:458, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2, laying to the levels, slopes including testing of joints etc. complete all as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
