Excavation in foundation trenches(for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all class fication of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailling and pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is protibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring/strutting, planking,timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material/soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15cm. layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unuseable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condit on & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal, fixing caution boards crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres away from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth and sides of foundations, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres in pick jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:3:6(1cement:3approved sand:6approved graded stone agg.20mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1 :2( 1cement: 1 sand: 2graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

Foundation and plinth Bed and wall ncluding attached buttress, pillasters and their caps and string cources etc. upto floor two level within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

ii) Walls(any thickness but ot less than 0.1 mtr thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level.

Providing mild steel/tor steel for RCC work including bending binding and placing in p[osition complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plate 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mmso as give a fair finish i/c centring, shuttering, &centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs. &removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

Vertical surface such as wall(any thickness) partitions and the likeincluding attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string cources and thelike within all leads and lifts.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landing and the likefloor etc. upto 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts.

Edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm. Wide within all leads and lifts.

10mm thick cement plaster on fair sides of brick/stone masonery convrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth in cm 1:3 (1cement:3sand)within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade i/c thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust dirt & other foreign matter within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing (M.S.Sheet &Angle iron) 600X600 mm dia man hole cover with frame & cantrolling chamber for wheel valve compelete. In all respect i.e locking arrangement etc.( not less than 35 kg each) and angle iron stir case for up & donw (not less than 75kg)

Providing and fixing GMS ventilating pipe/ over flow pipe( 25 to 32) mm dia.incluing all filling as req.

Prov. and fixing GMS tubes of following dia in walls, floors etc. including tube fittings and making the wall, floors etc. good. i.e welding with one feets 25mm flat iran both side of req.pipes. 25 to 32 mm

laying, testing & commissioning at site in trenches bevelled ended conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2007 latest having wall thickness & per Rmt. weight as mentioned below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code, in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in: Cement motor 1:4(1Cement:4Sand) Second class bricks within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness i/c hinges jump lock jamb, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable luge with split and tails to each jamb i/c steel but things 2.5mm thick with guards, lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreetment of the surface as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm thick cement plaster on rough sides of brick/stone masonery convrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth in cm 1:6 (1cement:6sand)within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bond distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaceto give an even shade over and including priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of rerquired shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting:Readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give even shade including cleaning all dirt, dust and other foreign matters white paint within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolts withnuts and screws complete I) 250mmX16mm within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting fixing in postion and applying a priming coat of red lead paint etc.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick antiskid water proof stain and impect resitent resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalent 600x600mmx10mm manufactured or approved shade and colour in flooring treads of steps and landings laid over (12mm thick cement mortar 1:3)(1Cement:3Sand)jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped meatalic zinc coate d sheet with top coat of reguler modified polyster as directed by engineering in charge

Providing ridges or hips 60mm over all in plain GI sheet fixed galvanised iron J & L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia GI limpet and bitumen washers complete 0.63mm thick sheet within all leads and lifts.
