Part A :-
Silt clearance from Sedimentation cum storage tank with all lift and lead up to 50 Mtr. Silt to be disposed outside the Headworks boundaries. Disposed silt to be levelled and neatly dressed including stacking of useful material if any available during excavation for all kind of soil. Silt clearance is to be carried out by means of mechanical system i.e. Tractor craw/Trolley or any other mechanical system. No extra payment shall be done for lift . This work also involves dressing of bottom which is to be done manually and there shall be no damage to lining and LDPE film of tank. Work is to be done as per direction of Engineer In Charge and technical specifications.
Stone slab roofing on ground floor with fine grained stone slab from approved quarry including filling of joints of parapet and slab on both sides in cement sand mortar 1:4, with ceiling pointing in cement sand mortar 1 : 3 complete as per specification and instruction of Engineer In Charge
Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting ( height upto 10 m), fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing of flanged/ plain ended MS Specials made from MS sheet strips of relevant IS specification of approved thickness by welding, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position at all level/ depths in trenches complete including all taxes, material, labour, inside lining, outside coating, testing and commissioning along with pipe line as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. MS pipe specials up to 600mm dia (with minimum 5mm thickness sheet)
Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengthening with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps :- Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried. Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured's specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. Cure the plastered surface for 15 days, All work including scaffolding etc. complete in all respect.
Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Replacement of existing wire mesh on ventilators of GLRs, OHSRs, CWRs etc. with 16 mm dia MS vertical bars placed at 10 cms wherever required, having 16-gauge wire mesh with a inner base of expanded jali welded around with vertical bars
Taking out with care the M.S. iron ladder fixed at OHSR , repairing, welding etc and fixing back at reservoirs including all labour and material.
Replacement of existing copper float dia 300 mm and iron counter weight for water level indicator
