Taking out old US/faulty PVC armoured/un-armoured LT under ground cable of size 10 Sqmm to 120 sqmm 2/3 1/2 4 core complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Cross linked poly-ethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts LT grade of cross-sectional area 06 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/through pipe in road crossings/paths/drains/ducts/floors/along poles/walls/ceilings/equipments etc supplied and fixed including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.( Note : (i) Necessary excavation and earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and cover and GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Road/boring roads manualy cutting/floor cutting/cutting holes etc in wall required for laying fising of cable etc shall be made good as per existing site condition. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account and quoted rate for this item shall be deemed to include for the same.)

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED based street lights, housing made of pressure die cast aluminium alloy with effective thermal management sturdiness. The fixture should have a minimum system efficacy of more than 80 lumen/Watt and a minimum system lumen output of not less than 4500 lumens and maximum system wattage 45 watts. The fuxture shall have a color temperature of minimum 5000k at a CRI of minimum 70. The fixture shall be designed for a system life of 50,000 hours @ 70% lumen maintenance, lngress protection of IP66 (lamps and gear compartment and Mechanical Impact) Resistance Rating of IK>= 05. The fixture should comply with the parameters as per IEC 60598 and IS 10322, and LED drive should apply to IEC 61000-3-2 ed 3.2. per haronics IEC 61347-2-13, 2006 in confirmation with IEC 61347-1 ed, 2.0, 2007 for electrical safety, LM 79 and LM 80 test report needs to be sumitted above parameters. The fixture driver should have an operating voltage range of 140-300V, frequency 50-60 Hz, surge protection not less than 4KV, PF>0.95 and THD<15%. The driver should have double phase protection. LED lights fitting should be suitable for ambient temperature from (-) 10 digree C to (+) 50 digree C, including street light GI bracket 40mm dia bent to shape 1200 and down 15mm Bore GI pipe with GI clamps with junction box for fixing LED light required, with suitable size clamp, nut bolts and washers as per site requirement complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fixing in replacement for two core PVC insulated weather proof cable with aluminum conductor size 6 sqmm (nominal area), & drawing into hollow street light pole from fitting to juntion box or fitting to over head line complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Pre-stressed concrete poles 9 meter long, 102mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom, class 10, complying with requirements of IS-1678, including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (in alternate black & white/yellow strips of 30 cm height) upto 1.5 meter height from top of PCC coping and also including numbering to poles with synthetic enamel paint on black base of size 15 cm x 10 cm and numbering in 8 cm height of number with white paint incl required iron channels/clamps/GI pipe for the protection of flexible cable connecter box with bus bars, bolts & nuts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of US Feeder pillar box outdoor cubical type factory made vermin protected dust proof with canopy, water proof made out of MS sheet 1.6 mm thick and 50 cm x50 cm x1.6mm thick angle iron base frame having insulated bus bar aluminum 200amps cap 3 phase with neutral bus bar including fixing in PCC bed block complete all as reqd at site of all four camps and DBS as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/make including stringing for overhead line on HT poles including aluminum binding wire 14 SWG, jumpers, line tapes, conducting jelly etc including taking down old conductor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Notes : (i) The ACSR conductors shall be conforming to IS-398 and as specified in SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall also be deemed to include for supply & fixing of aluminium binding wire, aluminium tapes etc which shall not be included in the weight of conductors.(iii) Weight of conductors shall be determined by measuring true horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc.(iv) Weight of the conductors shall be calculated from the nominal weights given in tables in the relevant IS.)

Re-stringing of existing over head line ACSR conductor/GI wire of any size/type including repair of conductor broken due to wind storm/expansion, contraction etc, on existing HT steel and/or PCC pole including replacement of aluminium binding wire of suitable size carefully without damaging of insulator etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for repairing of broken ACSR vessal/ squarel /ferrot/ mink conductor after proper shutdown of electric supply and jumpring / cut points changing the damaged/burned conductor, cable endes, change over MCCBs condutor broken due to wind/storm and binding with the aluminium wire etc and changing the damaged pin/disc insulators and replace the broken conductor, repairing the faults in the 11/0.44 KV outdoor/ indoor electric panels at sub stations complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.( Note :- cost of fues wire minor spares, aluminium binding wire shall be deemed included in the above quoted item.,(ii) Cost of items that is pin insulator,disc insulator etc. shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items.(iii)contrator take complaints from complaints cell(JE E/M)and rectify the same day and duely signed by the users and depositedthe same.one down breakdown/coplaint by attended shall be the each job.

Repair the following work to existing bus bar chamber(pillar box) outdoor cubical type factory made vermin protected dust proof, water proof made out of MS sheet 1.6 mm thick and 50 cm x50 cm x6mm thick angle iron base frame having insulated bus bar aluminum 200amps cap 3 phase with neutral bus bar including fixing in PCC bed block complete all as reqd at site and as directed by Engineer in Charge with following: - (a) welding of brocken/cracked joints of the feeder pillar box

(b) Replacing to locking arrangement of the feeder pillar box as per sample existing.

(c ) Painting with one coat of synthatic enamel paint after applying one coat of red oxide as a primer complete all as specified

(d) Replacing of aluminium bus bar (RYB with neutral 200 amps suitabale capacity as per existing complete all as specified

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 3 pole 63 Amp, fixed type 25 KA, 415 Volt including making arrangement in existing LT panel and with proper connection of as per existing system complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
