| 1. Shifting of all the materials like 6mm plate, 16mm plate, 245 mm plates, channels angles etc required for the fabrication of shells of chimneys from GSD to work spot.-10 (appx.)MT2. Fabrication and installation of scaffolding arrangement to a height of appx. 38metres for lifting arrangements of the materials to the top of the chimney.-1 Set3.Installation of tools for lifting arrangements like chain pulley blocks, winches, ropes etc. on the scaffolding structures.-1 Set4.Disconnect the accessories like ladders, platforms, lightening arrestor etc. from the shell of the chimney and lowering the items if required.-2 Sets5.Remove the top cylindrical shell of the chimney of height 4870mm and lowering to the ground level.-1 Unit6. Remove the conical shell of the chimney of height 4275mm provided below the top cylindrical shell and lowering to the ground level.-1Unit7.Fabrication of the top cylindrical shell of the chimney having dimension of height 4870mm and inner diameter 1640mm, by laser cutting and rolling the steel plate of 6mm thick. Stiffeners are to be provided on the outer surface as available in the existing chimney.-1 Unit8.Fabrication of bottom flange for the cylindrical shell by laser cutting of 16mm plate to size of OD 1865mm, ID 1685mm and provision of 16 Nos. of holes at PCD 1778mm. Diameter of the holes shall be 26mm.Stiffners are to be provided on the outer surface as available in the existing chimney.-1 Unit9. Fabrication of bottom flange for the conical shell by laser cutting of 24mm plate to size of OD 1380mm, ID 917mm and provision of 16 Nos. of holes at PCD 1265mm. Diameter of the holes shall be 26mm-1 Unit10.Fabrication of top flange for the conical shell by laser cutting of 24mm plate to size of OD 1865mm, ID 1685mm and provision of 16 Nos. of holes at PCD 1778mm. Diameter of the holes shall be 26mm-1 Unit11. Fabrication of the conical shell of the chimney having dimension of height 4275mm with inner diameter 897mm at bottom and 1640mm at top by laser cutting and rolling the steel plate of 6mm thick.-1 Unit12. Assembly of flanges on both the cylindrical and conical shells and full welding.-2 Units13. Provision of anchors of height 50mm at a gap of appx. 300- 350mm by welding of 6mm diameter SS rod on the inner portion of both cylindrical and conical shell.-160 Nos.13. Provision of white cement to a thickness of 25mm on the inner side of both cylindrical and conical shell.-4 (appx.) MT 14.Lifting of the conical shell to the top of the chimney and secure it with the chimney by M24 bolt and nuts.-1 unit15. Lifting of the cylindrical shell to the top of the chimney and secure it with the conical shell of the chimney by M24 bolt and nuts.-1 unit16. Reconnect all the accessories like ladders, platforms, lightening arrestor etc. to the shell of the chimney.-2 sets17.Removal of the scaffolding arrangements and tools provided for lifting arrangements.-1 set18. Removal of all the scraps generated and shifting to the ear marked area.-8 MT Appx19.
