Providing and applying Brushbond Roofguard which is high build fibre reinforced seamless waterproofing render suitable for waterproofing of old & new roofs, it is a polymer base product applied in three OR more coats & each coat with different colours for monitoring correct thickness. After completing the surface prepration, surface shall be primed with Nitoproof WB primer. Nitoproof WB Primer is a two component product and must be mixed & applied in order to perform as specified.The contents of Brushbond Roofguard shall be thoroughly stirred for at least 2 minutes using a slow speed (300-400 RPM) drill machine attached with a mixing paddle. The application of Brushbond Roofguard should not be done if the temperature of the substrate is below 100C. Apply Brushbond Roofguard in 3 coats to achieve total dry film thickness of 1mm .
