Disconnecting of all electric connection, taking out 3 phase, 415 Volts induction electric motor from any installation of any make (other than, as catered under Item No. 1 & 3 here-in-before), transporting to workshop, dismantling, overhauling with proper heat varnishing, (for proper insulation), re-metalling, machine polishing of rotor shaft, terminal box and applying one coat synthetic enanel paint, transporting back to work-site for reinstallation of the same including testing complete for the following capacities :-

Taking out exisiting open well submersible pumping sets, of capacity 1/1.5 HP, Single phase dismantling the pump sets from motor and removing all burnt/worn out coils cleaning the slots and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of existing size including varnishing two coats, drying and reassembling the electric motor re-transporting, re-installation and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Re-metalling and re-shaping of impeller key slot, for pumps complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing foot valve/check valve of any type carefully by disconnecting water supply pipes of size 40mm to 80mm dia and opening, cleaning including replacement of new gasket (Flap) bolt, nut, washers of suitable size and refixing the same after repairs complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item Ser No 21 here in before but of pipe size 100 mm to 200 mm.

Material and labour Checking and balancing of old shaft for monoblock / centrifugal pump of any capacity / type including re-metalling and polishing, and re fixing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Greasing for bearing (of centrifugal pumps / Monoblock pumps) of 2 to 7.5HP pump sets any make complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Greasing for bearing (of centrifugal pumps / Monoblock pumps) of 10 to 15 HP pump sets complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 28.00 for 60 to 100 HP centrifugal pump set.

Disconnecting of all electric / water supply connection from the panel/water line, taking out submersible pump set including column pipe (motor and pump) of 15/20 HP capacity by using tripod & chain pully from site and transporting to workshop, dismantling the pump part by part, after stripping off the pump and motor, segregating the unserviceable and serviceable parts, cleaning, slot cutting, re-metalling and machine polishing of outer cover, threading of all parts as required, re-assembling including replacement of worn out spares and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, re-transporting to work-site lowering the pump set including column pipe and re-connection of electrical and mechanical joint, testing of pump set at Malse Dam complete all as directed by Engr- in- Charge. Note : Column pipe, New spares, nuts, bolts, gasket & painting of column pipes shall be measured and paid separately
