M&L for concealed conduit point wiring complete for light /fan with cable 1.5 sqmm(Nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated multistraded unsheathed copper conductor, drawn in and including PVC conduit pipe medium grade 20mm bore,pipe hooks,elbows,junction covers and junction boxes, after cutting in wall chasing for conduits and sinking's for sunken cast iron /pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable length and thickness for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator with 3mm thick plastic laminated seat cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers, duly grouting and painted with red oxide metal primer and making good disturbed surfaces of wall in CM 1:3 with white wash or existing colour including provision of continuous earth contuity conductor along with point wiring of 1.5 sqmm copper FRLS PVC insulated cable for one light/fan point controlled by one way switch and connected to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 4 mm dia GI earth wire, by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and protection by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (wieght not less than 4gs/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm x 25mm x 6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at the bottom 1.75 meter long placed on top edge of earth plate common salt and charcoal filling test point made out of 40mm x 8 mm FI with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs all as per electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part I and connecting to earth test point including taking our unserviceable earthing with all acessories all as specified or indicated including testing on completionall as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Supplying, laying and testing in replacement 16 Sqmmx4 core XLPE insulated, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 V grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles wall/ laid under roads/ paths/drain/ culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supplying, laying and testing in replacement 25 Sqmmx4 core XLPE insulated, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 V grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles wall/ laid under roads/paths/ drain/ culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Excavation in trenches in n.exc. 1.5 m wide & n. exc. 1.5m in depth in soft/ loose soil for laying of cablecomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick in layers soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Removing surplus soil n. exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply & filling/ laying a layer of dry coarse sand 8 cm thick before laying ofcable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note:- After punning drain 18 cm will be measured for payment.

M&L for brick protection layer with one brick wide using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat across the cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Note : (i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline. (ii) Contractor will furnish the performance warranty certificate along with name of dealer from the manufacturer for a specified period as recmmended by the company for the equipments mentioned against respective items.
