Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract for 250 HP(200 TR) Daikin make VRV type HVAC System installed in the Dhanvantri Library at University New Campus including the repair and replacement of all the spares such as fan motors,compressors,PCBs, magnetic switches, transformers, all electrical parts of the units,all plastic parts,thermocol parts, condenser and cooling coils, filters,piping and valves, Ducting, remote control system, control cabling/wiring of indoor and outdoor and any other spare/part required at site including four routine services, refrigent gas charging attending any breakdown, rectification of the faults and putting the system into proper working order within 24 hours by the skilled team members of the company.The maintenance also cover the emergency calls in case of any breakdown and timely response by attending the complaints by the same day. In case the complaint arises after working hour i.e. 9AM to 5 PM the same is required to be attended by 12 AM by the next day. The routine maintenance also include the maintenance and proper operation of the air conditioning system/fresh air system including regular cleaning of filters keeping consumable material and other parts at site for the smooth functioning of the system.The AMC also covers the providing one no. of skilled technician having the qualification and experience in similar work as and when required round the clock at site. The maintenance shall also include a minimum of 12 monthly preventative maintenance visits by the qualified personnel/Engineer who are thoroughly familiar with the type of equipment and the system installed at the site. a) (30 HP x 8 units)+ (10 HP x 1unit) 240 + 10
