Repair and servicing of 100 HP pump at solapokhari pump house under GE Chilka

Dismantling pump & motor of 100 HP from existing position carefully by disconnecting electric / water connection, suction and delivery line, foot valves, base plate etc for carrying out rewinding and repair/replacement of following worn out / unserviceable spare parts with new as specified under including necessary alighment , setting and testing on completion of the Job. (i) CI impeller of suitable dia for 100 HP centrifugal pump set – 01 Nos (ii) Stage Casing suitable for 100 HP pump set - 01 Nos (iii) Bearing housing DE/NDE including bearings suitable for 100 HP DE & NDE side – 01 Nos (iv) Shaft Sleeve suction side for 100 HP pump – 01 Nos (v) Shaft Sleeve delivery side for 100 HP pump – 01 Nos (vi) Gland packing – 01 Nos (vii) Wear ring suction and delivery – 02 Nos (viii) Distance Sleeve suitable for 100 HP Pump set – 01 Nos (ix) Set of Keys suitable for 100 HP Pump set – 01 Nos (x) Air impeller suitable for 100 HP pump Set -01 Nos Note :- (I) The repair cost is inclusive of GST and any other tax as applicable. (ii) Old unserviceable retrived material shall be property of the contractor for which necessary credit shall be deducted.
