Construction of Boundary wall in the area made encroachment free at Chand Baori, Abhaneri, Dist. Dausa

Description of items and specification of work to be excuted.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in- equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation work by manual means in foundation, trenches or drains, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level etc complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) etc complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) for boundary wall and pillars etc complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Stone work (Red Sand Stone from Bansi Pahadpur as approved by Jaipur Circle Office), plain in copings, cornices, string courses and plinth courses, upto 75 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement: 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Flush/ ruled pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per matching the boundary wall etc complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 1½ :3 (1cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) for fixing of MS grill panel in concrete block (size 0.20 x 0.20 x 0.30mtr) and temporary PCC platform for preparation of base for portable cabin and toilet units including ramming, compacting, and curing etc complete.

Supply and fixing of MS grill fencing with 2 vertical angle ISELA 50x50x6mm of length 1.30m with horizontal angle of 50x50x6mm welded at the bottom of length 0.20m and MS angle 40x40x6mm horizontal support in top & bottom of length 1.50m of the frame & 10mm square bar placed vertically at a distance of 100mm c/c and fixed together by nut bolt including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete as per design/drawing attached. (Panel size 1.50 x 1.30 mtr)

Supply and fixing of MS Gate with M.S. Post, MS Angles, M.S. Square Bars of required size by nut bolt including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete as per design/drawing attached. (gate size 4.00 x 3.00 mtr)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) on MS structure at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete.

Disposal of unwanted waste material / malba received from the site during the work after stacking and measuring by mechanical transportation upto lead of 5 km from site area for site clearance and good appearance. (Note - It is for estimate purpose only actual qty. will be measured and recorded during execution of the work)

Providing and laying 230 mm thick Brick masonary in1:6 cement mortar (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth level including curing etc complete.

Making soak pit 2.5 m diameter 3.0 metre deep with 45 x 45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter, 1.8 m long filled with brick bats complete as per standard design with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement up to plinth level etc comlpete.

Form work of centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for roof height of 3 mtr height including labour and material etc complete.Plinth beam and lintel beam

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality L D 2.5 Rectangular shape 600x450 mm internal dimensions etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design :Inside size 90x80 cm and 45 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg) : With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and jointing glazed stoneware pipes class SP-1 with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:1 (1 cement : 1 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : 100 mm diameter including Joints, bends, bedding etc complete as per directions provided by engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with coarse sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.
