M&L for identifying and rectifying day to day complaints of fans including taking down celiing fan / exhaust fan / Wall fan of any type / make / sweep from its location at OTM, md accn under GE Danapur Cantt area, servicing of fans after removing blades, opening of fan at site and cleaning ball bearing,gun metal bush, filling grease /oil and changing of nut , screwes, check nuts, rubber reel, nut & bolts of size 15 mm to 60 mm including replacing defective condensor,ball bearing ,conecting wire,gun metal bush,lock nuts, crosspin ,ceiling rose etc if required and re-assembling of fan, blades, down rod, conopy etc and hanging back fan to its original location after cleaning of body, connecting to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (1) All spare i.e condenser, ball bearing, flexible wire, bush, shall be measured and paid under relevent item. (2) Cost of petty stores such as grease, lubricating oil, varnish, coil tie, lock nut , cross pin,check nuts,rubber seal etc are deemed to be included in quated rate.

Supply and stringing ACSR conductor of any size from LT over head line as directed including fixing to insulators with proper size of binding wire complete all as specifeied and as directed.

Dismantling of overhead ACSR conductor of any size including removing of PG Clamps jumpering etc and kept in safe custody for reure serviceable ACSR in the work & removing unserviceable conductor from site complete all as specified & as directed.

Fixing and stringing ACSR conductor of any size to LT over head line as directe including fixing to insulators with proper size of binding wire complete. NOTE :- Old ACSR conductor will be re-used obtained from Item No. 63.00

M & L for Restraining of LT over head line single ACSR conductor comprising of any size of conductor aluminium/copper/GI after opening binding wire from insulators and replace binding wire and achieved permissible sag limit of over head line conductor complete all as directed and specified. Note- Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for cutting/trimming of tree branches wherever touching the over headline around one metre clear of over head line and removing trimmed branches as directed. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Dismantling of old unserviceable earth wire or distributor span, cradle guard etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and straining of GI earth wire 4.00mm dia on over head line 9.0m pole maintaing proper sag as per IE Rule all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Cradles , hexagonal / rectangular , fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI stay wire of 7/4 SWG upto required length including taking out and u/s one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 14mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 2150mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 2010 complete including dismantling and taking out old damaged stay complete all as directed. S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fix with MS clamp for LT size 20 X 15 Cm fix in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out servicable insulators of any size and any type from existing poles / dismantled poles / pole structures complete all as directed.

Repair,maint including comprehensive preventive maintenance of DG set capacity 30 to 40 KVA, including replacement of defective parts, filters, V-belt etc. Decanning of the used engine oil from DG set by opening of drain out plug/nuts, cleaning of engine oil sump complete and refilling of new approved grade of engine oil as per requirement. Complete inspection and cleaning of DG set and rectified the all defects, tightening the all nuts, bolts, moving parts etc complete all as specified and directed. Removing of radiator assembly from DG set of capacity 30 to 40 KVA, cleaning the radiator including Applying suitable chemical Agent for decanning the inner surface of the radiator, removing the all forigen items from radiator, welding the leakage portion of the body and made 100 % serviceable, cleaning complete internally and externally of the radiator by providing jet water pressure pump set including replacement of all gaskets, caps defective nuts, bolts & washers etc complete and re fixing to the existing DG Set including necessary transportation to work shop and back of the DG Sets complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling of self starter from DG set of capacity 30 to 40 KVA by unscrewing nut & bolts, disconnecting battery lead, transporting the same to work shop for armature rewinding, taking out burnt out armature winding, cleaning the same and rewinding the same with equal gauge of insulated copper wires and insulating paper varnishing and drying etc including replacing of carbon brushes, carbon holder and lubricating oiling and greasing GM bushes /bearing carrying back the same and fixing it on its original position connecting battery leads and testing all as directed by Engr-in-charge of following capacity of DG set complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for draining out existing water from RCC OH tank of capacity 20000 gallons of 18 to 21 feet and staging after scraping, cleaning inside surfaces with steel brush, removing the sediment ring material accumulated at the bottom of the tank, cleaning throughly the inside surfaces with bleaching powder and wash the same with clean water and applying one coat of cement base paint @ 0.30 Kg per sqm and marking the date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint on external surface including two coats of synthetic enamel paint on all pipes of different sizes such as rising main, delivery pipe, over flow pipe & wash out pipe etc. as per colour code complete all as directed.
