Charges for Overhauling of gear box (10 T / 20T) of main hoist including dismantling of top cover, draining of oil, removal of bearings and gears, cleaning, inspection, replacement of defective bearings and other parts if necessary, changing of oil seals then assembling and renewal of old oil etc., and normalizing the gear box operation.

Charges for Overhauling of gear boxes (10T/20T) of cross travel and long travel including removal of top covers, draining of oil, removal of bearings and gears, cleaning, inspection, replacement of defective bearings and other parts if necessary, changing of oil seals then assembling and renewal of old oil etc., in the cross travel and long travel gear boxes of the crane iand normalising the gear box operation.

Charges for overhauling of brake assemblies with thrustor units of (10 T/ 20T) crane including dismantling the actuators, renewal of all brake liners, changing the thrustor if necessary and assembling all the above. checking the operation of brake liners & thrustors units etc., (Main motor side, Micro motor, Long travel & Cross travel Brakes etc.,)

Charges for Overhauling of (10T/20T) equalizing pulleys and hook pulleys including the pulley to be dismantled, bearings to be inspected, cleaning and changing of bearings if necessary, then re assembling and greasing all the pulley bearings..

Charges for overhauling of main hook assembly of (10T/20T) crane by lowering hook assembly, dismantling hook bearings cleaning, inspection and renewal of bearings if necessary, cleaning regressing etc., and assembling.

Charges for dismantling, inspection, cleaning and changing of bearings of 10T, 20T LT & CT wheels if necessary and reassembling. It includes dismantling, inspection, cleaning and changing of bearings of the wheels and reassembling. Arresting of crane LT wheels, LT wheel shaft coupling dismantling and supporting of main shaft, Scaffolding arrangements for working platform. ’I’ Beam welding for lifting purpose of wheels, Dismantling of wheel mat. Arrangement of chain block for dismantling of Wheel bolt. plumber block removing. Wheels taken to repair bay using chain block for cleaning. Removal of wheel grease cup and bearings. Inspection of Bearings and renewal if necessary, and re assembling.

Charges for Alignment of gantry rail with respect to piano wire including. checking the alignment of rail for the track with respect to piano wire on one side (i.e ‘B’ row column) Checking the parallelism of the another rail (i.e) ‘A’ row column for the track with respect to piano wire. All the clips provided for rails for full bay length has to be checked and tightened, Checking the welded bottom plates of the rails, clamps and carrying out rectification works wherever required, to keep the rails in proper position, Fish plates on the joints are to be tightened and packing are provided., Cheeking the tightness of gantry base bolts and side bolts.

Charges for Overhauling of (10T & 20T) main hoist, grip CT & LT motors releasing the motor from the bed, dismantling cleaning the rotor and stator winding checking the tightness of wedges, replacement bearings and fan blades if necessary, insulating the stator winding portion by spraying one coat of Dr.Beck insulating the varnish checking the IR value, winding resistance etc., and assembling the motors painting and testing complete.

Charges for cleaning and checking the terminals of main Control panel and resistance box with CTC, replacement of defective electrical components like contactors, relays etc., re wiring the panel if necessary, checking the values of the electrical components, checking all electrical circuits and rectify the defects if any, re commissioning the panel in complete shape and normalising the crane electrical complete system.

Charges for dismantling of rope drum, inspection, cleaning and applying rope grease compound & re winding the steel wire rope and assembling the drum with hoist and replacement of wire rope if necessary.

Charges for load testing of 10T gantry crane by using test weights with the presence of the competent authority and site Engineer in charge, loading, transporting and unloading of test weights (Mill rollers) from MTPS-I mill area to the respective hoist and return back the test weights to MTPS-I mill area after completing the load test. (Necessary Transport vehicle, crane & test weights will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost).

Charges for Load testing of 20T E.O.T Crane by using concrete ballast including transport of test weights (Concrete ballast) from central stores to Raw water pump house and then transporting of test weights return back to central stores. (Transport vehicle & crane will be supplied from TANGEDCO at free of cost).

Charges for painting of two coats enamel light/ smoke grey, black, Yellow paint including cleaning the surface.
