Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc, but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including removing mortar and cleaning the stone, stacking for measurement and removal of dabris complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.50 metre depth & n. exc 1.50metre wide for foundation etc & getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.50 metre depth & n. Exc 1.50metre wide for foundation etc & getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling watering & Well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with old size bricks with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6metre mean radius and setting in cement mortar 1:6 etc. complete all as specified as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) but except stone complete all as specified and directed. Note : Stone obtained from item No 1 shall be re-used.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto course with 40mm maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/pointing built in cement mortar to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing to random rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified directed.

Demoliton of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as sepecified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or secring with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), in cover slabs of manholes, open drains inclusive of form work set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for Providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping/Channel of drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 300mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced cement concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 600 mm dia Reinforced cement concrete pipes class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 600 mm dia RCC pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton of unreinforced cement concrete is ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, 75mm thick using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 , type B2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) ,100mm thick as in floor and finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block reflective type coloured any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prepainted rubber moulded PCC solid block kerb stone factory made as edging stone M-25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in road / foot path edges, set in cement motar (1:6) etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces intwo coats (first coat 10 mm thick incm 1:4 and second coat 5 mm thick cement mortar 1:4) using liqud water proofing compound, finished fair & even (WPL shall be measured and paid seaperatly )etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coats of acrylic emulation paint UV resistance, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade weather proof paint including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
