GE (N) P/TOKEN - 20 OF 2026-2027 SPL REP TO ROOF TREATMENT ON PERMANENT BLDG NO- 16 IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R EAST UNDER GE NORTH PUNE

Complete removal of existing roof treatment and course from roof surface including adjoining parapets and removing the material to a distance exceeding 50 Mtr but n.exc. 100 Mtr including roughening old concrete surfaces by tucking & rubbing with wire brushes and cleaning the surfaces with water to remove all loose dust etc. complete all as specified and derected.

Taking down in cement plastering on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc upto any height of Bldg, including necessary scaffolding complete all as directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrance finished even and smooth with out using extra cement compelte all as specified and as directed (Note :Polymeric membrance And WPC shall be measured and paid separately here- in-after).

M&L for rendering or plastering work 10mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia or edging of Chajjas, ceiling and roof projections etc, including taking out pealed off plaster / concrete and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement, and including Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over wall surfaces, of any height of Bldg. for facia, chajja, and roof projection etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M & L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising of the following course of treatement / specified from bottom to top (a) Applying Bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parpet surfaces. Bituminious primer shall be 'Tar Mastic' manufactured by M/S STP LTD or 'EMW FLATE' manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymeric membrance of approved manufacturer, 3mm thick of weight not less than 3.60 Kgs/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric members shall be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrance flashing. (c) Application of two coat of bituminous aluminium paint over the polymeric membrane after necessary preparation and cleaning. Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrance shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm shall be made at the end and 75mm shall be made at the sides of the polymeric membrance respectively and sealed all ovelaps and joints as per Manufacturers instructions. (iii) APP based polymeric membrance shall be "SUPER THERMOLAY" manufactured by M/S STP LTD or MOPOLY FP manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd.

Supply only bitumen primer for use in water proofing treatment , complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 500 ltr and n exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc, and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fxing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 3 layer white colour water tank , non- toxic effect, algea formation protection (made from Virgin grade of polyethylene material which is duly stabilized with anti-oxident Plastic) of capacity 1000 litres, (cylindrical vertical one piece moulded with closed top), the internal and external surfaces of tanks are smooth, clean and free from any hidden internal defects, hoisted and fixed in position including S & F necessary GI fittings, inlet/outlet washout, overflow pieces long nipples, checknuts & washer, 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminum rod & high-density plastic ball (Minimum weight 210gms) and 20 mm bore brass stop cock, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle etc complete including dismantling existing water tank all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized ISI marked with all fittings short pieces and fixed complete to walls, floor, ceiling etc all incl taking down existing GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 9 here-in-before, but fixing only
