The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar (1:3). (e) Material and labour for cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 20-22mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors / terraces over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for exterior grade full body vitrified tiles matt finished 400 x 400 x 12mm thick set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigments to match the shade of tile pattern as approved in floors including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
