Demolition of Cement concrete above ground floors as in sunken floors of toilets etc exc 15 cm thick complete.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50mm graded aggregate as in kerbs, copings, padding cement concrete to bring the slops towards spouts in sunken floors etc complete.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering to bottom and sides of sunken floors in cement moratr 1:3, surface finished even and smooth using extra cement with WPC all as specified. Note-WPC shall be paid seprately under respective item

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.

S&F 40mm bore HDPE pipe as in spout pipes in sunken floors.

M&L for application of two coats of blown bitumen to concrete/wall surfaces applied hot of grade 85/25 at the rate of 1.5Kg/Sqm per coat conforming to IS 702 over a coat of primer.

S & F 3 to 4mm thick APP based polymeric membrane minium weight 3 Kg/Sqm and minium 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm) land on printed surface by force application complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 lean concrete type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling of sunken floors.

DIismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over and including15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and mirror polishing to give high gloss finish complete.

Dismatling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortor bedding including backing and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exc. 0.06sqm and n.exc. o.11 sqm in floor set and jointed in cement clurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including cement screed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick in 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exc. 0.11sqm and n.exc. o.18 sqm. floor set and jointed in cement clurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including cement screed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick in 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured wall tiles of 350X250X7mm/450x350x7mm as in vertical surfaces/dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles over and above 10mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 as backing coat complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick and concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement

Taking up or down GI tubing 15 mm bore from trenches/wall including all fittings segregated and stacking the pipe complete all as specified and directed.
