Dismantling of posts or struts of RCC/wood/steel any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, (posts embedded in concrete or in hard core) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel as in gates, grills, posts etc or in any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed

50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20m graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each in hard and dense soil n.exc 0.50 cu m getting out and removing surplus spoil at a distance not exc 50 metre and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft and loose soil all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining & rescuring inclduing making good staples etc, Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work as in iron post / posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250)quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal exc 5cm but n.xc 10cm long, diameter of shank 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length fixed in chain link fencing complete all as specified.

Steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 t complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Mild steel high strength deformed TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 13 herein before but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, -ditto-

Dismantlng fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of n.exc 4.00 mm dia galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3mm dia PVC coated chain link fencing of galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed. Note of serial item No 17 & 18 :- (i) Fixing included under item No 16 here-in-before. (ii) Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be measured at site, certified and signed by Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor in MB.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges, all as directed.

2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain coloured sheeting with side lap, fixed with coach screw and washer as in roof, wall , fencing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc (AZ-70) coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed ,complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls or concrete surface and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint (as per existing colour), complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of old decorated existing plastered /unplastered surface of wall and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint, complete all as specified and directed

Preparing of new platered/unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer including necessary scaffolding and safety arragements , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced), paver block, chequered , endura tiles of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Concrete interlocking pre polished paver block, with grey cement and no pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning, with grey cement and no pigment (in top layer), complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Factory made precast rubber moulded coloured chequered cement concrete tiles, superior quality 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Coloured non skid porcelain tiles exterior grade 300x300x9-10mm thick heavy duty (Endura from Johnson or equivalent) as in floor, set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete 75mm thick , 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation for fencing posts complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc including disposal of demolished material complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new decorated concrete or plastered surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated concrete surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified & directed.

Two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on primer on surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Continuous brick edging with width equal to depth of brick of whole burnt sub class ‘B’ old size bricks laid on end at the required angle including necessary excavation and earth work, complete all as specified and directed
