M & L for surface preparation of old painted surfaces of electric pole covered by dust and other deposited materials from steel tubular pole of length upto 11 metres including cross arms, bracing, clamps etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint, retaining & repainting marking on pole & replacement of reflective band of width 4 cm RED-YELLOW-RED alternate coloured 3 numbers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for scrapping complete existing deteriorated old aluminium paint by hard wire brush including suface preparation and painting the existing 2 pole structure with two coats of aluminium paint including cross arms, support angles, clamps and any other structural part complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

All as per srl item No. 42 herein above but for 4 pole structure.

M & L for fault detection in damaged HT/LT UG cable by using cable fault detector/locator vehicle mounted comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc to accuracy of 2 meter for various location inside CME for UG cables of any size any type upto 22 KV incl excavation & Earthwork in any type of stratra to usually inspect/repair the damaged cable when and where required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note : (i) Compaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time and contractor is responsible to rectify the fault within 4 hrs after notification, failing which Rs. 500/- per hrs shall be recovered from contractors dues. (ii) Rates included necessary earth work in any type of strata or road for opening the cable and prepare the cable ready to jointing work and making good to match with existing finishes.

M & L for Loose filling with aggregates of broken stone gauge 40 to 80 mm in HT substation yard complete including removal of any debris etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S & F in repair danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for scrapping complete existing deteriorated old paint by hard wire brush, painting the existing HT bus bar panel with two coats aluminium paint including handles minor parts complete and any other structural part complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling and taking down old unsv earthing and M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0mm dia by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through 15mm dia GI pipe for protection of GI earth lead wire including 20mm dia GI pipe for watering GI funnel , PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for bore earthing of bore dia 150 mm, 3m depth complete with galvanized steel pipe electrode, 40 mm bore, medium grade buried directly and preferably vertically to a depth not less than 3 m below ground level connected with GI earth strip of 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, clamps, check nuts and washer complete up to and including eqpts all including earth pit, salt charcoal, PCC in 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, MS pit cover, earth lead protection pipe of GI 20 mm dia, medium grade, earth work in soft/hard rock complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note: (i) The unit rate shall include for excavation and earth work/ bore in hard rock. (ii) Earth strip up to 7.5 m length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer. (iii) Bore hole shall be dug by the vertical DTH ridge machine. (iv) Any damage to existing pipes line & cables shall be repaired by the contractor without any extra cost on same day.

M&L earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 32x6mm galvanised iron strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 20x3 mm copper strip fixed to wall with S&F of porcelin /PVC insulator buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Cutting of tree branches of any girth along HT OH lines at a distance not less than 2 meter on either side of the pole cleaning of bushes and shrubes of any type along entire RM of pole. Cleaning /prunning should be carried out as and when required during entire running period of contract or as when directed by E-I-C. A fine of one time quoted rate per running metre will be deducted if the over grow is found along the pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F in repair aluminium conductor, steel reinforced overhead conductors (all sizes) incl binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Cutting of tree branches/grass at sub station compound and removal of all the wasted materials at far distance from sub station, cleaning of ducts including leveling of undulated land complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for mass filling of poles etc complete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for cement concrete as in coping including necessary form work type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in repair of factory made outdoor type sheet metal enclosure cable jointing box CPRI & MSEDCL approved of 3 way suitable for HT 25 KV grade 3 phase 3 wire system with 09 Nos epoxy insulators and 03 Nos copper bus bar and made out of 3.15mm powder coated CRCA sheet having gasketed front hinged split doors with bottom detachable gland plate for upto 3 cable entry/exit of size upto 300 sqmm with suitable size of cadmium plated and nuts, bolts and wshers and incl weatherproof, bottom hole, outdoor triple key weather proof pad lockings. The panel shall be of powder coated colour red complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S & F self-fusing Ethylene Propylene Rubber(EPR) based high-insulating voltage tape of width not less than 2.54 mm (1 inch) and thickness not less than 0.75 mm of any length to protect HT/LT XLPE cable from moisture and current leakage complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for highly HT insulating opaque red coloured ANTI TRACK COMPOUND SPRAY 320 of MOSIL LUBICANTS that forms flexible chemical resistant coating to class H winding for electrical apparatus, in 500 ml spray bottles to protect HT equipments, bus bar, CTs, PTs from current leakage due to moisture complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for spraying chemical (roundup/glycel) on area to remove unwanted vegitation/grass at various locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Labour and equipments to spray chemical on required area are incl in quoted rates. (ii) Spray will be repeated quarterly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S & F in repair of unsv HT 11 KV bus bar insulator of HT panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S & F in repair of unsv HT 22 KV bus bar insulator of HT panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for shifting heavy items / excavating / cleaning areas / clearing site by providing crane/hydra/JCB/tractor with trolley as required at site complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair glow sign board box type printed on poly carbonated sheet of size 200 x 100 x 25 cm having provision of 3 x LED tube light inside the box and 10 mtrs 3 core 1.5 sqmm circular PVC connecting wire with hanging arrangment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note :- Background, font size & colour and material to be printed on board shall be as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F shock treatment chart duly printed with hindi & english, fitted with woden card board of size 100 CM x 60 CM with hanging arrangment for installations complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M&L for fixing MS sheet chequered,of size 4 mm thick laid over cable ducts as duct cover complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L in repairs for stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 300X300X6 mm, stay rod 215 cm long and 20 mm dia with nuts incl GI bow turn buckle, GI stay strand wire, stay clamp and loop insulator etc complete all as per electrical plate No 1 or SSR part 1 and as directed Note: Excavation, PCC work will be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Taking down burnt out jumpers and M&L for new jumper connection not less than 1.5 Mtr long between bus system to GOD and GOD to DO fuse unit with jumper made of 11/22 KV aluminum conductor (11/22 KV) including clamps, crimple, PVC slveeeves complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for servicing of 22 & 11 KV GOD & DO fuse unit of any capacity at different sub stations located at CME & at kasarwadi pump house by means of adjustment, alingment, oiling, greasing, conducting jelly etc including new minor spares such as nuts, bolts, wahsers, male/female contact, fix contract jaw, tinned copper flexible jumper 200/400 A capacity, MS jumper carrier, back connector plate, fixed top, bottom contact/L contact for DO unit including replacement of broken post insulator of GOD & DO complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hiring of 22/11 KV 3 MVA power transformer in case of any failure of transformer/carrying out time taken repair work to transformer at site or workshop to feed unintrupted electric supply to CME premises until repair work completed. The scope of work shall include the following:- (a) Tranportation of hired transformer from and to. (b) Removing of unsv transformer from plinth by disconnecting the cables and unloading the same at suitable place shown by the Engr-in-Charge. (c) Placing and connecting and charging of hired transformer. Note :- (i) Contractor shall arrange skilled labour for connecting and disconnecting of power transformer. (ii) Any damage to transformer shall be make good by the contractor. (iii) Contractor shall provide hired transformer within 24 Hrs after intimation from department through phone or in writing otherwise recovery of whole quoted rate of this item shall be made from dues.

M&L for hiring of 22/0.433 KV or 11/0.433 KV, 500 KVA distribution transformer in case of any failure of transformer/carrying out time taken repair work to transformer at site or work shop to feed unintrupted electric supply to CME premises until repair work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.
