SITC of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF)/Variable Refrigerent Volume (VRV) modular type air-conditioning Equipment complete with indoor and out door units Individual controllers also provide for each indoor units and should be capable of integration with the Computer System based Building Management System of HVAC.

Outdoor Unit

Supply,Installation,Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow / Variable Refrigerant Volume aircooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), minimum two compressors, microprocessor based Controller,top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R410A Refrigerant or eco friendly, vibrationisolators ,with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V+/-10%,3Phase,50Hz AC power supply.The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required.The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5. Note:- Unit shall be provide with fabricated stand as per requirement. No additional cost will be given for the same.

Indoor Units (VRV/VRF compitable)

Hi wall unit Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of following minimum capacity VRV/VRF High wall type Indoor unit equipped with washable synthetic media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan / dynamically balanced blower, multi speed motor,coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet,cordless remote control,drain pan,necessary accessories, power cable etc.,suitable for operation on 230V±10%,50Hz, single phase ACsupply, complete as required. The unit shall have automatic force shutdown provision in case of fire on receiving signal from BMS System.

For indoor units tubing of appropriate diameter to be provided. All piping inside the room shall be properly supported with hanger and all internal and external piping shall run in covered cable tray. Piping quantity is mentioned is for pair of suction and discharge pipes.

Supply, laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of 1.1kV , LT Armoured cable 3.5 Core, XLPE (E) cable including all accessories The unit rate for the job shall include : 1)Supply of Cables 2)Delivery of cables at site. 3)Unloading at site store / site 4)Shifting of cable from site store to place of installation. 5)Meggar testing of cable prior to laying. 6)Laying of cables in ground through excavations up to 900mm 7)Supply and fixing of route markers at every 30 mtr. and at change of direction. as approved by EIC 8)Earthing the glands and armouring with earthing clamp and jumper and also connecting to common earth bar. 9)Testing of cables including megger testing at site after connection of end connection of cable. Civil works like brick work in wall , plastering and painting finishing for 02 Nos old panels The work also includes floor finishing for installation of new panels as directed by EIC ES

Construction of man-holes as per following specifications for providing passages to lay the cables. Scope covers:1)Supply of necessary brick, cement, reti, concrete etc. as per approved material by consultant & client. (Pre-cast chamber is not allowed)2)Pre-preparation of soil required at site e.g. removing of debris, levelling etc.3)Excavation in all types soil upto required depth (as per civil foundation design requirement by structure engg). Job includes soil compaction, sand filling, ruble filling etc. prior to PCC4)Rubble Soling: Supply and providing rubble stone of black trap / granite / basalt or other variety of stone available locally.
