M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper oil emulsion white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plaster surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description or girth over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of any discpription and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint APEX of Dark Shade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparartion of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer on walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old surface of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion distemper on wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished surface even & fair without using extra cement for height upto G+2 Bldg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:4) as on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparartion of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparartion of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparartion of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering dubbing coat over irregular surfaces of chajjas roof projections/ceiling/facia etc average 15mm thick in CM (1:4) over cement slurry coat @ 3Kg/Sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) furnished even & smooth including making of drip course as required complete including roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for form work if required to be included in the quoted rate by the contrator.
