Drain out transformer oil from the transformer as per requirement to the existing clean barrels. Opening of top cover, conservator tank, vent pipe, bucholz relay, etc. from the top of the transformer as per direction of the EIC.

Opening of cable box cover and total cables from the transformer and total connection from bushing & stud of the transformer as per direction of the EIC.

Changing of different gaskets for LT, HT side & oil seals of the transformer and finally charge the transformer as per direction of the EIC.

Supply of transformer oil for top up in the transformer as per direction of the EIC.

Dehydration & filteration of transformer oil of Transformer to raise the dielectric strength. The cost includes man, machinery, and tools & hire charges to complete at the site, testing of both LT & HT side cable of the transformer as per direction of the EIC.

Taking out sample of oil from Power/voltage transformer, OCB & testing their dielectric strength according to specification and submission of test result.

Opening the transformer breather and refitting the same after changing the silica gel including the supply of necessary gasket and silica gel.

Painting of transformer as per direction of the EIC.

Dismantling of electrically actuator operated butterfly valve of 450 mm. with gear box from the delivery line for pump no.4 as per direction of the EIC.

Repairing and servicing of electrically actuator operated butterfly valve and gear box of 450 mm. for pump no.4 as per direction of the EIC.

Transportation charges of valve from pump house to workshop and workshop to the pump house as per direction of the EIC.

Supply and delivery of nut, bolts, rubber gaskets, etc. at the site as per direction of the EIC.

Installation of the butterfly valve of 450 mm. with gear box for pump no.4 as per direction of the EIC.

Percentage Calibration and setting of electrical actuator for 450 mm. butterfly valve for pump no.4 as per direction of the EIC.
