The Bidder / OEM should be in business related to Supply, installation and maintenance of addressable fire alarm system in India.
The Bidder or OEM should have experience in supply, installation and maintenance of analogue addressable fire alarm system with Government Department / Public Sector Undertaking in India.
The Bidder should have a technical support centre in Karnataka with at least 3 service engineers / staff and should have an office in Karnataka and preferably in Bengaluru.
The firm or company should produce the self-attested photocopies of documents related to Company PAN Number and GST Certificate.
Document on the concept of the working principle of the analogue addressable fire alarm system has to be submitted.

The Bidder companys average annual turnover shall be equal to or more than Rs.15,00,000 and Rs.7,50,000 incase of MSME bidder during the period from 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25
Bidder should be authorized partner of OEM Company and authorization letter from OEM is to be submitted to KSNDMC along with the bid documents or Bidder shall be a Manufacturer.
The Bidder should not have been blacklisted by Government of Karnataka or its agencies for any reasons whatsoever & The bidder should not have been blacklisted by Central / any other State/UT Government or its agencies for corrupt or fraudulent practices or for indulging in unfair trade practices.
Technical product brochure is to be submitted and the same should be available on the OEMs Vendors website. (If any of the product brochure which are mentioned as mandatory is not submitted the technical bid is liable to be rejected)
Compliance statement of the specifications of analogue addressable fire alarm system as mentioned in this tender document has to be submitted to KSNDMC. (As per Annexure-9)
