TTPS Mech II BM Unit I II III Attending Preventive Breakdown works in ID fans Airpreheater and its connected ducts of Unit I II III for the period from 01 04 2026 and upto 31 03 2027

Charges for inspection and checking of ID fan impeller blades, coupling bolts, outer bearing housing including cleaning of suction chamber diffuser casing up to discharge damper including consumables and T & P’s

Attending to breakdown works in ID fan in of Unit I, II & III as per job specification given

Charges for dismantling the wornout exchangeable vanes from the impeller housing, welding the wornout area in the impeller housing, providing an additional plate in the exchangeable vane fixing area to arrest the flue gas leakage, providing rope in the new exchangeable vane and fixing it in the impeller housing including all consumables & T&P’s 9 Nos exchangeable vanes can be fixed in a shift after rebuilding the wornout area in the exchangeable vane in the impeller housing.

Charges for dismantling the cooling air pipes, grease pipes, inner bearing housing for inspecting the inner bearing and after inspection assembly of all the above said spares / removal of suction transition piece II top cover, attending minor breakdowns in IGV assembly, shaft cover, bullet cover and replacement of turn buckle & attending defects in the core support and after completion of all the works assembly of the suction transition piece in unit–I, II & III ID fans including consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for cleaning the scrap materials & ash accumulated over the FD fan discharge duct, PA fan suction, discharge and interconnection duct, ID fan suction and discharge duct and cleaning of the above ducts with the compressed air in a Unit.

Charges for attending works in ID fans of Unit-I,II & III such as greasing of Inner & Outer bearings, greasing of bearings in the discharge dampers of ID, FD & PA fans, attending breakdown works in the lube oil, forced lube oil and control oil system, such as replacement of spiders, couplings, lube oil pumps, forced lube oil pumps and control oil pumps, replacement of the coolers in ID, FD & PA fan lube oil, forced lube oil and control oil system including consumables and T&P’s

Charges for cutting and removal of heavily wornout /eroded air/flue gas duct /supports / corroded structurals, transporting & devoluting scrap to central stores

Charges for transporting MS plate, MS Angle, MS Channel and usable scrap material & leading, lifting, fixing and welding in the air/flue gas duct and its supports

Alignment of APH drive motor with speed reducer through fluid coupling.

Charges for leveling and aligning of the radial sector plates and axial seal plates with respect to the rotor axis

Charges for removal of worn-out radial seal in both cold end and hot end and re fixing with new HT bolts & nuts and positioning. (DOUBLE SEALING ARRANGEMENT)

Charges for transportation of required scaffolding materials, clamps, wooden planks, etc. From pocket stores to site, leading, lifting and erection of temporary platform in APH duct for replacing of wornout support pipes and M.S plates and dismantling the platform and returning to stores after completion of works.

Charges for attending defects in sump pump by lifting the pump renewal of spares and assembling.

Charges for removal of oil spillage in the guide bearing and support bearing area and arresting of oil leakage if any and topping up of oil if any in Unit I, II & III Air preheaters and attending to breakdown works such as replacement of spiders, coupling, lube oil pumps, coolers and bearing cooling water system in guide and support bearing of Unit-I, II & III Airpreheaters.

Charges for cleaning the scrap materials & ash accumulated over the hot secondary upto the wind box, hot primary ducts, APH area from top to bottom and cleaning of the above ducts with the compressed air and also cleaning the guide bearing and support bearing lube oil system in Unit-I, II & III
