Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits without strutting for plain surface with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm. And B.G. 10 stiffened with welded M.S. angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid overcountry wood joists of size 10x6.5cm spaced 90cm. Centre to centre etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits with strutting upto 3m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm. And B.G. 10 stiffened with welded M.S. angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid overcountry wood joists of size 10x6.5cm spaced 90cm. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate with flyash as per IS 383 - 1970 ( 2007 ) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 (2004). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 ( 2004 ) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 320 C. Providing Auto mechanical arrangements and including design, fabrication, supply and erection of worm gear box and electric motor for easy operation of shutter. The new 3Tonne capacity worm gear box assembly consist of cast iron top and bottom plates, worm nut made up of gun metal, worm shaft made up of EN8 steel rod and two numbers of thrust bearings. The top and bottom plates machined to suit the worm nut and shaft. The worm nut threaded inside to suit the 80mm dia screw rod and the outer side formed with helical teeth cutting to suit the worm shaft. The worm shaft machined to the required shape and size and provided with helical teeth to suit with the worm nut. The assembly fixed with two numbers of thrust bearing one on top and another on bottom of the worm nut and fastened with required bolt and nuts. Providing protection arrangements to hoisting arrangements of regulator made by vertical posts to required height made up of 65x65x8mm mild steel angle fixed at an interval of 1.20 m and connected at top with same 65 x 65 x 8 mm mild steel angle for required width and the horizontal barricade made up of ¾" GI B - Class pipe at an interval of 0.30 m fixed to the vertical posts and top protection angle. The protection angle cutting to the required sizes and straightening to vertical. The angle should be drilled for 20 mm dia by drilling machine at an interval of 0.35 m and the GI pipe is to cut to appropriate length by using cutting machine at workshop. The angle and pipes conveyed from workshop to work side by using lorries and unloaded at site of work. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and excluding all other taxes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 63 mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and excluding all other taxes etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brickwork in cement Mortar 1:5 for the works using best quality country bricks of size 8- 3/4" x 4-1/4" x2-3/4" etc., for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick partition walls of 10.80 cm thickness using best quality country bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4" in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five CS sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including curing etc., complete and as dricected by the departmental officers.(Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)

In Ground floor

Flooring with ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat of over cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of steel door with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat CS Sandwiching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6nos. of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided 6nos. of holdfasts 120 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 2nos. one at the top and the other at the bottom are provided 1no. Aldrop is provided in case of double leaf door at lock rail section in the door in single leaf door, one more aldrop is provided in the inner lock rail section of the door One rotating locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the rear side of the door at an appropriate place. In case of double leaf door M.S.Flat 32 x 3mm at 1.1Kg/m is provided on the one shutter t conceal the gap between the two shutters.at an appropriate place in the door. A tie bar is provided at the bottom of the frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation and fixing. All members are given a coat of red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation to site of work, loading, un loading and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
