| 2.2 | (e) Pre Execution of Trial patch : Prior to full scale deployment of the machinery on the main runway, a trial patch shall be executed . This trial will test the operational efficiency of the equipment, verify that no structural damage occures to the pavement and allow for fine tuning/ modulation of operating pressure based on actual site observations.
(f)In any emergency condition the machine should exit from runway in less than two minutes without leaving any FOD.
(g)Majority of the works to be carried out during night time, bidder should arrange proper illumination for execution of the work | - | - | - | - |

Incase of failure to finish the work within the stipulated time frame monetary penalty will be imposed upon the Contractor/ firm @ 1% of quoted amount againist item No. 3 upto a maximum of 10% of quoted amount againist item No. 3 herein before for per week of delay beyond 60 days of intimation | - | - | - | - |
