Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power)complete fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendents, regulators etc in and including taking down existing all switch board sunken boxes along with laminated sheets and without taking down existing concealed conduit of any type/ size complete as ordered and removing retrived materials and making good the disturbed surface of wall, floors, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable sub main wiring of any size without taking down existing concealed conduit of any type/ size and type including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc including two coats of white /colour washing/ distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed by EIC.

Material and Labour for point wiring One light point controlled by one Modular Switch complete 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade single core PVC insulated, unsheathed 1100 V grade copper multistranded conductor drawn through in the existing concealed conduit/ surface conduit as per site requirements with all accessories along with fixing arrangements in walls, roofs floors etc including PVC insulated copper cable FRLS earth continuity conductor 1.5 Sqmm cable connected to common earth dolly in and including supply & fixing factory made modular sunken boxes with modular plates, covers complete concealed in walls for housing modular switches, Sockets and regulators etc as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed for following:- Make:-Plazza/Finole/Anchor/Havells/Polycap/Nicco/RPG. Note for item Ser No 03& 08:- 1. Colour code shall be strictly followed for wiring Red/Yellow/Blue colour for Phase, black colour for neutral and green colour fo earthwire. 2. Copper lugs to be used wherever required in the wiring strictly. 3. Earth wire to be run independently from MCB's to switch boards and also switch board to lght points/Fan points/ socket points etc. 4. The contractor is responsible to repair/ replacement of defective portions of concealed conduits/ surface conduits if any during wiring and also making good surfaces to match with adjoining surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and the cost shall be inclusive in the quoted rate.

S & F metal clad switch socket single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps C curve capacityand fixed concealed on walls including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:-L&T/Legrand/ABB/Siemens/Schneider/Havells/HPL.

M & L for sub main wiring complete with two runs of 4 Sqmm single core FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100Volt grade multistranded copper conductor drawn through in and including PVC conduit of suitable size and accessories in surface of wall, roofs etc with one run of PVC insulated copper conductor 4 Sqmm FRLS single core as earth continuity conductor connected with earth dolly and mains complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 runs of PVC FRLS cable, one run of earth continuity conductor cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length/running metre. Make:-Plzza/Finolex/Anchor/Polycap/Nicco/RPG/Havells. Note for Ser No 24 & 25 :- Colour code shall be strictly followed for sub main wiring Red/Yellow/Blue colour for phase, black colour for neutral and green colour for earthwire 2. M & L for sub main wiring complete with four runs of 6 Sqmm single core FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100Volt grade multistranded copper conductor drawn through in and including PVC conduit of suitable size and accessories in surface of wall, roofs etc with two run of PVC insulated copper conductor 6 Sqmm FRLS single core as earth continuity conductor connected with earth dolly and mains complete all as specified and directed. Note: 4 runs of PVC FRLS cable, two run of earth continuity conductor cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length/running metre. Make:-Plazza/Finolex/Anchor/Polycap/Nicco/RPG/Havells. Note :- 1. All items as applicable for BOQ item No 03 to 25 shall be purchased from original manufactures/ authorized distributor/ dealers as applicable and purchase GST vouchers along with warranty cert of manuracturers duly defaced/ signed by contractor, JE and Engineer-in-charge to be submitted along with payment claims for verification, scrutiny, passing of bill and future record purpose.
