Schedule 'A' Section - I

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in deep getting out in hard/dense soil for stay assembly/laying of cable/errection of poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick.

Removing of excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable and supply, laying, fixing Double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 50mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable and supply, laying, fixing Double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 63mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as directed.

Dismantling taking out carefully old/unserviceable UG cable any type any size from trenches/poles/ducts/LT panels after dismantling ends from OH conductors/MCCBs/joint boxes for relaying/refixing or carrying to store for Sch of Credit.

Material and labour for fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10.0 Sqmm 2 core with required aluminium cable lugs all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 7.00 here-in-before but 16 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm up to test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI earth strip protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil charcoal & salt in altemate layers, 20mm GI Pipe (light grade) for watering 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

Material & Labour for Installation, testing and commissioning of chemical earthing complete with 50 mm dia copper pipe filled with chemical/ magnisium sulphate as manufacturer's recommendation buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2mtr below normal ground level, earth electrode 25 x 3 mm copper strip connected to test point up to 7 mtr length with copper/ brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer beside brazing at all joints as directed and earthing lead protected with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe from electrode and upto the earth test point with and including excavation in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil, PCC pit chamber in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover 50 mm thick in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia MS deformed bars @75 mm C/C both ways incl MS angle iron frame of size 40mm x 40mm x 3mm and incl testing the earthing on completion including taking down of old unserviceable earthing of any type, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earthing strip with protection pipe up to 7 Mtr length. (ii) earth resistance should be less that 1 Ohm and recorded results to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Old earthings are conventional type and sch of credit has been accounted for accordingly.

S&F GI tubing light grade 50mm bore, ISI marked, for cable protection in road crossing all as specified and directed.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty flat twin core cable PVC insulated with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6.0 sqmm and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1.0 metre apart including 4mm suspension GI wire from OH conductor to building incl dismantling taking down unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 15.00 here-in-before but 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of steel tubular pole with one coat of alumium paint incl cross arm, bracings, supports, nuts, bolts, of LT OH line from above copping to top of pole and marking with alternate white and black paint strip 30 cm wide (5 Nos) with synthetic enamelled paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for erection of steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 meter long) including painting of pole two coats of red oxide and over a one coat synthetic enamel paint (as per existing) with writing of MES pole numbering complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work and foundation of PCC shall be measured and paid separately in relevant items of schedule.

M&L for Cross arms including replacement of bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including dismantling/ taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of 45 watts Inverter type LED Street Light with IR Sensor for automatic ON/OFF of street lights and shall have inbuilt Li-on battery for 90mins power backup in case of power failure. Housing of fixture shall be pressure die cast and system efficiency >100LPW,CRI >70,CCT 5700K ,PF > 0.9, THD<15% . incl dismantling taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Security light Bracket made out of galvanised steel light grade pipe of 40mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 Nos mild steel clamp 50mm x 50mm and 04 sets of nuts, bolts and washers painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl dismantling taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of sintex box thermo plast (weather proof) IP 66, on street light poles made out of thermoplastic of size 300mm x 200 mm x 105 mm size with connector for connecting incoming and outgoing of cable including 01 No of MCB DP 06 Amps to control the pole light circuit and MS brackets made out of 32 x 4 mm flats for fixing the box on post complete with nuts, bolts and washers and suitable size of double compression cable glands for incoming, outgoing of cable Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in replacement of 200 watts flood light Warm white/ coolday light in colour as per rquirement, LM6 aluminium or higher grade powder coated and water proof pressure die cast aluminium enclosure, with inbuilt electronic drivers and IP 66 protection complete ,Single phase, etc fixing in MS chanel by drilling hole of suitable , size, using nut, bolts and washers of suitable size including suitable mounting structure on existing pole as reqd at the site, incl dismantling taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminium /GI strip of any size and type from site complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in replacement of aluminum strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles from above test point to Air Termination rods inter connections including brazing for joints copper/brass nuts , bolts /washers with insulators for necessary fixing on wall/laid on roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for fixing in replacement of galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm for earth continuity from test point to aluminium conductors above for inter connections including brazing for joints copper/brass nuts, bolys/ washers with insulators for necessary fixing on wall/trenches etc complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in replacement of Air termination, single pointed aluminum rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long laying at proper distance as per direction of Engr-in-Charge incl all cutting /welding complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in replacement of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x 75x75 mm drilled and screwed incl 3 Nos 8 mm dia head screw complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of digital timer switch distribution board, factory assembled in powder coated sheet steel enclosure, comprising of 40 Amps 3 Pole MCB, power contactor and 230V digital time switch for controlling LED/SV etc street lights, including earth work for fixing Timer switch distribution Board and shall be provided 4 Nos 35x35x4mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 0.6 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 at suitable depth as per site requirement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing the following spares for street lights of approved make as per existing make at site for in replacement :-

Electronic driver suitable for 40/ 45 / 48 / 50/ 60 watts LED Roadway light/Flood light/post top light fittings. Make of the driver should be as per the Existing manufacturer all as specified and directed.

Electronic driver suitable for 200 watts LED Flood light fittings. Make of the driver should be as per the Existing manufacturer all as specified and directed.

S & F, testing & commissioning in replacement of all in one standard 40W LED solar street light compact design consisting of 12V maintenance free battery of Min 02 days backup, PIR sensor and suitable size mono crystalline SPV module with visual indication of charging ON and battery low, mounted with all the standard fitting on existing LT pole, incl dismantling taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in replacement of 70/80 watts flood light Warm white/ coolday light in colour as per rquirement, LM6 aluminium or higher grade powder coated and water proof pressure die cast aluminium enclosure, with inbuilt electronic drivers and IP 66 protection complete ,Single phase, etc fixing in MS chanel by drilling hole of suitable , size, using nut, bolts and washers of suitable size including suitable mounting structure on existing pole as reqd at the site, incl dismantling taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of GI wire of 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 20mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

Amount of credit of Rs. 61296.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
