REPAIR, MAINT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANKS, SOAKAGE WELL, MANHOLE CHAMBER AND COVER AT OTM AND MD ACCN OF ZONE-D UNDER AGE BR-II AT MIL STN BIKANER.

Cleaning/removing blockage of EWC, IWC, Gully Trap, including P or S Traps of any description, by rodding, by pressure pumps of any description or by other mechanical equipments in any position or locations at Military station Bikaner under AGE B/R-II area till complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning/removing blockage of floor trap, nahni trap, wash basins, sinks etc including waste pipe or waist coupling etc. by manually or mechanically at Military station Bikaner under AGE B/R-II area till complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note for Item No 01 & 02 :-The contractor/his rep will collect the complaint from complaint cell every day at 9.00 AM and rectify the complaints same day and deposit the complaint slip ( duly signed by the users ) to concerned JE. If the contractor fails to rectify the defects mentioned in the complaint (Job) on same day, he will be charged Rs. 50/- per Job/per day and same will be recovered from his RAR.

Cleaning/removing blockage sludge of sewer line (SGSW/RCC/CI) of dia 100/150/200/300mm etc of any description or in any position by roding, by pressure pump of any type or by using any mechanical equipments, manually or by puncher of sewage`line and repair the same if required including taking off and refixing manhole covers including removing all sludge in or outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

De-sludging the existing/cleaning of man holes of depth not exceeding 2 mtrs of any size by removing silt/grit/sludge and faul water either by mannual or by mechanical means and flushing water through man holes to ensure free flow of sewage, placing back the man holes covers in position including removal all the sludge/silt/any foreign material from the sewer lines out the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item srl No 4 here-in-before but depth exceeding 2 mtr. Note for srl item no. 03,04 and 05:- sewage line/ Manholes in item no. 03, 04 and 05 cleaned once will not be paid again within 06 months if blockage come within 06 months & contractor shall have to clear/ remove blockage at his own cost.

De-watering from septic tanks/soakage wells by suitable pumps and also removing of all wastes, semi solid or liquid of any description to the location complete all as specified and directed. (Note: dewatering tank will be taken to the STP location shown by Engr-in Charge.)

De-sludging by removing of semi solid sludge from existing septic tanks of any depth, any capacity in foul condition, including taking and placing in position the manhole cover of any description, removal of sludge & solid content to any place outside defence land and deposting where directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning/removing of leakage / seepage/ blockage observed in wall of CI / PVC bends, Tee, junctions any size any description and any position on wall including taking down from wall (cutting around the bend, Tee, junctions etc if necessary) repair, cleaning, removal of blockage and refixing the same in position with proper joints as required including making good the surface around the fittings with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 / brick work, plastering in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in foundations or for walls of manholes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 9 above but depth exc 1.5M and n.exc 3M.
