M & L Green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in stairs, landing, steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 18 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M & L Rendering/plastering, 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate or suitable pit cover as directed. M&L Dry and clean fine sand for cable cushioning to underground cable protection, complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately). Note- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

S&F Cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately).

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick each layer, complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel galvanised pipe, light grade, 40 mm nominal bore for passing of cable, fixed to poles/ walls, laid under floor/ road crossings, complete with and including clamps socket & elbow etc complete all as specified.
