Proving and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacture , over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete .

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete. With 2nd class teak wood beading 62X19 mm

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix)having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Old work (one or more coats)

Providing & Fixing of aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised transparent or dyed to required colour or shade , with nuts & screws etc all complete.250mm x 16mm

Providing & Fixing of aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised transparent or dyed to required colour or shade , with nuts & screws etc all complete.
