Cutting grass manual and removing material obtain from cutting/cleaning both side runway PTT near DTGM board complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor will arrange his own 02 Nos mazdoor from 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM (including lunch break of 0.5 Hour at mid day) every day in week excluding Sunday (Holiday). however department will have the right to stop the work any time even in working day due to security point of view.

S&F 20 mm thick toughened glass (i.e. 5mm thick clear toughened glass and 5mm thick black toughened glass with 10 mm spacing between both the glass) as directed to be fixed with aluminium beading and rubber gasket in aluminium frame work as in ATC tower complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grass mechanically operated 50 mm to 100 mm or above slasher where ever required including removing material obtain from cutting/cleaning (both side) up to 100m from the concrete edges complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Contractor will arrange his own mechanical slasher (set of one tractor & Jungle Jeem) with POL & MT driver. The mechanical slasher will be in operation from 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM (including lunch break of 0.5 Hour at mid day) every day in week excluding Sunday (Holiday), however department will have the right to stop the work any time even in working day due to security point of view, 01 day shall be counted as 08 hours. (ii) The log sheet cum duty register will maintained by the contractor for record of work done and running of the tractor, this register will be signed by the contractor, JE (Civil), and Engineer-in-Charge and submitted to GE during payment. (iii) The rate quoted rate by contractor is including of all T&P, POL and operator mentioned above. (iv). On requirement contractor shall arrange more than one mechanical slasher per day as per order.

Arranging JCB with POL and driver in Technical area whenever required at Airfield. JCB will be in operation from 9.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M.

S&F in repair visible sign board of area/size exceeding 0.70 sqm and not exc 1.80 sqm each made from 4.00 mm thick engineering grade plastic (acrylic sheet) having monolithic structure to withstand, temperature variations from cold environment to sweltering hot conditions and to withstand high velocity winds, framed and braced with 40 mm dia PVC pipe best quality to with stand high velocity wind pressure, with ht of bottom of board should be 45 -60 cm above the ground level with best quality structure including excavating in post holes of size 30cmX30cmX 45cm and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and making plinth around frame of width 600 mm and length as required, including providing and applying and weather resistance coating, providing and pasting of new numerals/alphabets with retro reflective tape cutting it as computer plotter etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 25 above but area not exc. 0.70 Sqm each.

S&F in repair 4mm thick acrylic sheet of any size as in visible sign board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and pasting weather resistance retro reflective tape cutting, of new numerals/ alphabets with it as computer plotter 64 mm or as directed stroke width etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Area shall be calculated from stroke length and width of numerals/alphabets.

Cleaning of drain of any shape and size of runway by removing sludge, soil, mud, grass and vegetation roots removing from site to distance exc 50 m etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of grass, shrubs, vegetation, bush weed by brush cutter operated slasher where ever required including removing waste of material obtained from cutting and cleaning (both side) from the edge of runway & PTT and removal of spoil beyond 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 mtr and deposited where as directed complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Contractor will arrange his own 02 brush cutter machines and minimum 02 operator & 02 helper with POL per day comprises of 08 hours working including lunch break of 0.50 hours. (ii) The minimum output of brush cutter for one day is 1000 sqm, hence area of 1000 sqm will be after removal of spoil up to the entire satisfaction. (iii) Site for brush/grass cutting will be given by Air Force authority as per their requirement through out the contract period.

Material and labour for preparing of existing construction/ contraction/ dummy expansion joints including removing filled material in joints of runway by removing the cracking out joints 25 to 30mm wide and 40 mm deep including removing all loose material and cleaning the joints with brush and removing all loose fine particles with compressed air and applying the bituminous primer and sealing the joints by filling sealing compound grade 'B' (Jet fuel resistant) as per IS 1834-984 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Material obtained from removing of existing filled up materials shall be removed out side of MOD land.

Material and labour for preparing of existing construction/contraction/dummy expansion joints including removing filled material in joints of runway by removing the cracking out joints 20 to 25mm wide and 40 mm deep including removing all loose material and cleaning the joints with brush and removing all loose fine particles with compressed air and applying the bituminous primer and sealing the joints by filling sealing compound grade 'B' (Jet fuel resistant) as per IS 1834-984 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Material obtained from removing of existing filled up materials shall be removed out side of MOD land

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces, sub grade/ runway shoulder with power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonnes and not exceeding 12 tonnes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-12 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floor laid in alternate bays complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling or mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
