Supply, installation, operation, testing, commissioning and acceptance including warranty for one year period of Laying, testing and commissioning of new 4 core x 6 sq.mm, 1100 V, PVC insulated, armoured, multi stranded, LTUG copper cable of reputed make with ISI standard , 8 SWG GI earth wire, 40 mm UPVC pipe of finolex or equivalent make with ISI standard and laying the cable in open / concealed wiring as required at dam top to the satisfaction of the Engineer at site including cost of materials, labour , lead, lift etc complete.
Supply, installation, operation, testing, commissioning and acceptance including warranty for one year period and comprehensive AMC for operation and maintenance services for 5 years concurrently for DATA COLLECTION UNIT with 32 channels or above including Data Logger with Programming module, Real time controller and Programming software: The system shall automatically collect the observations from attached sensors, process the same and store them into its memory as per the pre-programmed procedure at every full hour UTC and data shall be transmitted to the INSAT-DRT in TDMA mode, continuously monitoring the status of the instruments, power supply and communications, the analog/digital/SDI channels in the data logger must be compatible to the sensors, shall have adequate number of I/O channels and SDI port for sensor integration, output interface shall be SDI 12/RS-485/4-20 mA, have provision to change the Unique station identification, Time of observation, Sensor identification, the system shall have an integrated microprocessor based data acquisition and storage system having adequate hardware configuration and software support to serve as an interface between sensors, Providing electrical power to the sensors and conversion of electrical output signals from this sensors into engineering values on calibration equations stored in the memory, full compatibility with all types of sensors, memory capacity to retain at least 180 days data, RAM Backup battery life for one year, stored data shall be retrievable vis serial port to a PC/laptop/ PCMCIA card/USB or any other compact and commercially available solid state memory device, management of data transmission to DCU earth station through satellite which shall include formatting of transmitted data with necessary preambles, station ID codes, parity checks etc, as per transmission methodology for transmission through satellite channel scheduling and operating the DCU transmitter automatically, The system shall support the 1) Easy programming setup, 2) Multi-tasking capability, 3) User friendly software programming, 4) self – diagnostic facility and be capable of displaying Station ID/Sensor ID codes and messages, 5) Setup shall be organised in a tree of menus and sub-menus, 6) the DCP shall support the manual entry of data through keypad and its display, 7) Data including the setup and program files shall be transferable from the system vis a serial port to PC and SD card or other suitable memory device and vice versa.The DCU shall be housed in a weather proof and temper proof housing of NEMA 4 or IP 65 type enclosure of CRCA steel of 16 gauge steel body and 14 gauge door external mounting feet, seams continuously welded, rolled lip around door to exclude liquids, oil resistant gasket, Hasp and staple for padlocking, grey polyester powder coating inside and outside. In material, resist corrosion, seamless foam-in-place gasket, detachable mounting feet, moulded drip seals, type 216 stainless steel quarter turn latch etc, Electronics unit should have EMI protection and enclosed in IP 65 enclosure, the surge suppression device shall be provided for all interfaces to protect the data logger from surges emanating from the sensors, the DCU shall have a Wi-Fi connectivity for remote access for configuration and setup of DCU using smart phone or a laptop etc. with ISI/IEC standard etc with weather proof compartment with all protections, necessary supporting arrangements, civil works required for the installation, provision of full documentation and maintenance manual in English etc to the satisfaction of the Engineer at site as per CWC specifications including the cost of materials, , transportation, insurance charges, supporting arrangements, protection arrangements, charges for the specialists,labour , lead, lift etc complete.

Labour charges for Technical services personal BE (EEE/ECE) Passed with adequate knowledge in Computer /dam instruments operations for IT Engineer with minimum 3 years of relevant experience responsible for maintenance of rack server, redundancy server for data backup, location wise reports, preparing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual reports, frequent testing and maintenance of real time monitoring system and software during comprehensive operation and maintenance for a period of 5 years in 24 hours as per the contract condition etc,.
