Maintenance of Residential Township at NAPS, Narora.

Excavation of earth in all kinds of soil by Hydraulic excavator / manual means for trenches, footing, drains, steps etc. in soft soil up to a depth not exceeding 1.5 m, filling around foundation and in plinth with selected excavated soil in layers not exceeding 150 mm in thickness watering and consolidating etc. disposing surplus earth upto a lead of 10 Km all as per specification complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate) for using graded stone aggregate 20mm maximum size including, formwork, consolidation, finishing and curing as per specification and drawing. (Cement content. 220 Kg./ M3)

Supplying and laying bricks masonry using bricks having minimum compressive strength 70 Kg./sq.cm. and water absorption shall not exceed 20% by weight with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) at all elevation including, simultaneous pointing below plinth level and racking out joints above ground level, curing, scafolding etc. complete

Laying of bricks masonry using old available brick with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including removing, cleaning, stacking, simultaneous pointing, racking out of joints, curing etc. complete for at all levels as per specification including Scafolding complete.

Providing pointing on brick masonry wall with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including racking out joints, cleaning brick work, scaffolding and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on brick or concrete surface etc. including preparation of surface, hacking, removing of loose materials cleaning of joints, finishing, curing, scaffolding complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. including disposal of rubbish upto a lead of 10 Km all as per specification..

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate (Minimum Compressive Strength 150 Kg. / cm2 ) using graded stone aggregate 20mm maximum size for R.C.C., P.C.C., precast work as per site requirement including mixing with mechanical mixer, form-work, consolidation, finishing, and curing complete for all works (Cement content 320 Kg/Cum ) including repair works and as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate) (Minimum Compressive Strength 200 Kg. / cm2 ) for boundary wall coping, footpaths ,R.C.C., P.C.C., precast work & others floors etc. as per site requirement using graded stone aggregate 20 mm maximum size and down graded including scaffolding, formwork, mixing by mechanical mixer, pouring, mechanical vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing by hessian and making removable cement bunds where ever applicable etc. complete all as per specification and directed by EIC. (Using minimum Cement Content 350 Kg./M3). Note: Reinforcemnt will be paid in separate item.

Providing & placing in position Reinforcement bars (TMT) conforming to IS-1786, for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire with chair supports, spacer bars etc. complete including cost of transporting, decoiling, straightening and binding wire.
