Finishing wall with weather coat of approved quality two coats to give an even shade with brush to outside wall surface after cleaning surface including cost of paint watering and curing cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour,cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors.

Distempering two coat to walls with distemper of approved said over a coat of primer on new work to give an even said including cost of distemper etc. complete.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty ( water based ) of approved make including cost of all labour , materials etc complete.

Providing fitting & fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodized T section No.3215 with 2’-0” center to center , L section No.1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw & PVC plug and the Aluminium grid 2’-0”x2’0” with prelaminated particle board suspended from ceiling etc complete.

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Vitrified colour printed series tiles in floors of size 600mmx 600mm of approved make confirming to IS:13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Chequered tiles in floors of approved make laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with epoxy gouut of of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats with approved paint over a coat of primer of any approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, all labour and T&P required for the work including the cost of primer all other materials aetc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of window (sliding type made up alminum section 9778 as windows frame, section No.4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thcik black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P excluding cost of glass etc complete as per direction of Enginner -in charge.
