S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated, steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Roughning and cleaning to existing RCC roof surface/Roof treatiment and removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning surfaces of entire roof area, removing all dust ,loose particle and grease with a wire brush or scrubber and preparing to receive new roof treatment. Supply and Application of 5 Layer SHR Waterproofing Coating System as per manufacturer application procedure on leaking concrete roof surface by thorough surface preparation with high pressure water jet min. 125 bars, opening the cracks, followed by one absorption coat of nano-tech enhanced elastomeric waterproofing (NEEWP) emulsion having UV resistance and min. 50% solids, filling and sealing the cracks, then over coating with 2 Coats of NEEWP + Cement mixture as waterproofing coat having +450% Elongation. The surface is then to be tested for water tightness with a ponding test for min. 2 days and then top-coated with 2 Coats of SHR Coating - pure acrylic based, UV resistant, non-yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti-fungal, anti-bacterial) conforming to BIS STD IS 17218:2019 with Pull off Adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matt, surface coverage 3.25 SQM/Ltr/2 Coats, DFT 100 - 120 microns using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable. The product should be certified by NABL Approved Lab and application is to be done by company approved applicator only.The guarantee for treatment shall be given by the contracyor in writing for a period of 5 year and security deposit @ 2.5 % of total cost of treatment shall be given for 5 year from the date of completion of work.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass 'B'bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6.Compete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with liquid WPC @ 150 ml per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions ( WPC will be measured and paid separately), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed.

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on celing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed.
