Surface excavation n. exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out hard dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5m deep and getting out hard / dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in latyers n exc. 30 cm thick watering , ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size , shape, etc, n exc. 1.5 m high from base, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and deposting where deirected at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation of formation surfaces in cutting of roads, consolidation to required level, gradient and camber. Filling in hollow and depression with exc 8 to n. exc 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulder quarried stone interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and conslidated to required gradient and camber with exc 8 to n exc 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (in two layers of 75mm each) (Compatcted thickness) WBM with coarsed aggregates (i.e with lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite ) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread rolled conslidated to gradient and camber required with exc 8 to n. exc 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each layer will be measured seperately.

Preparing surfaces on unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a priming / tack coat @ 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen (VG-10) over prepared surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Bitumuninous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by wt of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-10) any penetration laid with mechanical paver, roller and consolidated to required camber and gradient complete using hot mix plant and spreading with mechanised paver, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide road marking paint, white or golden yellow, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement M&L, concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) ,including making joints with or without grooves (thikcness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of plastic emusion paint of any description on new plastered surfaces or concrete surface or kerb stone surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not other wise described over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.
