Wiring for light/power plug points (15/16A heating points) with 2x4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated flexible stranded copper conductor wires in recessed or surface medium class PVC conduit along with 1x4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing, etc. as required. (Maximum two points shall be connected on one circuit).(Havells/ Polycab/ Anchor/ Finolex/KEI/Apar/ Grandlay/RR or equivalent ) incl. cost of conduit

Supplying and fixing of suitable size GI box with modular plate and modular cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing of 6 pin 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16A modular switch, connections, etc. as required. (Havells/ SSK/ Anchor/ ABB/Schneider or equivalent)

Supplying and fixing of modular sockets/ indicators/switches on existing modular plate and switch box , incl. connections, etc. as required. (Havells/ SSK/ Anchor/ ABB/Schneider or equivalent)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 50Watt LED Flood lighting luminaries having aluminum body, minimum 100lm/w, the luminary housing should be aluminum and the luminary optics shall have a high efficiency with transmittance, average life 50000 hours, Operating temperature -10`C to +45`C. LM79 & LM80 test report should be from Govt. Approved NABL lab / Govt. Of India. The job includes replacement warranty of fixture if damaged/ burnt out what so ever reason for a period of two years reckoned from the date of successful commissioning/ handing over of site to the intending department. (Havells/ Philips/ Crompton/ Jaguar/Wipro/ eq. make to be approved by EIC).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 star 1400 mm sweep ceiling fans of Havells / Crompton /Bajaj/ Anchor/ eq. make to be approved by EIC , incl. cost of extension of GI rod (if required) and making of necessary connections. It shall also include supplying and fixing extra down rod of requisite length (about 100 cm) G.I. pipe, 15 mm dia, heavy gauge including painting etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of two module stepped electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box, incl. connections but excluding modular plate etc. as reqd.
