Supply and fix pressed steel frame made out of 1.25 mm thick M S sheet and of size 125 x 60 mm for doors/ windows with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., and filling with PCC 1:3:6,type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete, as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 3 here in before but of size 105 x 60 mm

Supply and fix 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated and fitted to chowkats all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix for second class hardwood, glazed and skeleton shutters, 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive, glass etc, with sash bar, divided into squares, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass or gauze etc; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a) supply and fitted to chowkats all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on wood/ wood based steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces all as specified.

Supply & fix factory made solid panel PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet & edges to printed to match with printed sheet, reinforced with MS Square tube, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing and all as directed.

All as per item no. 9 herein before but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly .

Supply and fix rolled steel sections conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E165) as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in kitchen cabinet and similar locations all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium powder coated sections (min. thickness of powder coating 50 micron) as in frames and other members of doors and windows/ventilators/Partition walls/fixed type window etc of size as approved and fixed all as specified and directed Note : (i) Paneling such as glass , Gauge etc will be measured and paid saperately.(ii) The rate quoted under this item shall be deemed to include for necessary jointing cleates, glazing clips, alluminium beading, screws, rubber packing and locking devices & in built handles for sliding windows. However, no element on account of weight will be taken into consideration for these item.(iii) Floor door spring/locks/tower bolts/ handles/ door closure/hinges for doors measured saparately.(iv) Size of door / windows shall be all as directed at site.(v) Grills will be measured saparately.(vi) Second class hard wood batten of appropriate size to be inserted inside the frame for fixing hinges and the same is included in the rate quoted.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone in flooring 18-20 mm thick (Pre-mirror polished), over and including 20 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the floor including rubbing and polishing complete and moulding at edge if required all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18-20 mm thick Kota stone tiles (Pre-mirror polished), in riser of steps, skirting,dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles including rounding the edges of kota stone over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), surfaces finished even and rough to receive tiles, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut cudappa stone slab 20-25mm thick as in slab/vertical pillar over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.
