Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Monoblock pump set suitable for 415 V ,3 phase system having capacity 5 HP including PCC foundation for pump & taking down old U/S pump & deposited to E/M store all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Monoblock pump set suitable for 415 V ,3 phase system having capacity 10 HP including PCC foundation for pump taking down old U/S pump & deposited to E/M store all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Pumping sets, centrifugal, electric driven of capacity 20 WHP complete including PCC foundation as specified by the manufacturer & including taking down old U/S pump set & deposited to E/M store all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply install testing & commissioning air blower NGEF coupled with 10 HP induction motor 1440 rpm, 415 V, with rotary pump 640 LPM and blower of cap 230 CFM pressure rating 3.5 Kg/Sqcm including PCC foundation for blower & taking down old U/S compressor including motor & deposited to E/M store all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning 75 HP induction motor 4 pole 1500 rpm, ambient temperature 50 degree C, TEFC, class 'F' insulation, IP 55 protection, continous rated (S1 duty with bare shaft & key as per IS: 12615/IEC: 60034-1 suitabble for connecting with existing 75 HP pumping set including taking down old U/S motor & deposited to E/M store all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Foot Valve conforming to IS 4038, 100 mm (4”) dia including taking down old U/S foot valve all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Foot Valve conforming to IS 4038, 150 mm (6”) dia including taking down old U/S foot valve all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cast iron sluice valve flanged type, iron wheel head screwed class PN 1.6 of size 150 mm conforming to IS-14846 or latest revised with SS spindle including nut,bolt,packing etc complete including taking down old valve all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Non-return valves cast iron body, ISI marked, as per IS-5312, heavy duty both ends flanged suitable for 150 mm bore pipe, cutting of pipe for inserting and necessary nut bolt, rubber packing & other accessories required at site for fixing, eatrh work, including taking down old complete all as specified and directed.

Suplying, laying , jointing & testing of MS pipe ERW steel including special, normal dia 100 mm bore as per IS 3589 (2001) thickness 5.4 mm including welding fitting and testing specifications in any length, cutting of hole in building complete with and including necessary joints & provision of two coats of green bituminous paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
