Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in concrete,brick work,masonary etc. any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft/ loose soil including removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. ,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5cm long and 5 to 10 mm dia. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation newly steel or iron surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation newly steel or iron surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of red oxide primer on embedded portion of posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of any type fencing, chain link or barbed wire fencing & wire mesh etc. complete all as specified and directed

Supply only GI Chain link fencing, any dia, any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weigth of chain link fancing shall be ascertained through BOO ordered by Accepting officer.

Fixing only GI chain link fencing of any dia, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.incl provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed fixed in repair with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed fixed in repair (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining resecuring only of existing steel barbed wire of any dia / size including making good staples complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refix the old chain link fencing with old flat iron nut bolt etc of any size of mesh and any weight complete all as specified and directed.

Running welding in repairs thickness of metal to be welded shall not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level including removing rubbish complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rubber moulded vibratory precast cement concrete rubberised interlocking paver block (coloured) ISI Marked , pre polished of any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade and over and including 25mm average thickness sand cushioning including PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) benching to discontinuous edges of the Paving incl dismantling of old paver block and removing old from site complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass , sub base concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) flooring surface fair finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key , scrubbing down down with water etc including removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc including removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork (except brick) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in built in CM 1:6 using old bricks obtained from demolition complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks,old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick work in CM 1:6, finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drains, complete all as specified and directed.,

M&L for plain cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.,

Desilting of drain / culvert by Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft loose soil/ mud including removing silt / mud complete all as specified and directed .
