REPAIRS / MAINTENANCE TO DRAIN COVER, DRAIN CLEANING, RUNWAY SHOULDER, TAXI TRACK ETC AT AFS YELAHANKA

Demolition of concrete of any description (un-reinforced) and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors etc and refixing the same as in landings, cover stones, templates, etc n exc 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self-faced on other side including relaying in proper slope with edges of the flight strips including jointing with cement mortar, set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing and cleaning of sides/bottom of the existing drains/nallahas and berms of drains, any description and in any position, by cutting all bushes, shrubs, weeds and any other types of vegetations and trees girth upto 30 cm and trimming the earth surface to make good side cuts/surface soil depression, removing and disposal of the waste retrieved from site clearance to make free and smooth flow of water and to get a uniform slope complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted shall deemed to included for removal and replace the slab cover after cleaning/repair where ever required.

M&L for design mix (M-25) 100mm thick as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry in 1:3:6 with solid blocks exc 10cm width built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 in foundation, filling and mass concrete (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 75mm dia, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floor complete all as specified and directed.
