RAW EFFLUENT TRANSFER PUMPS : Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 2 Nos. (1 working + 1 standby) PP raw effluent water pumps to pump effluent from collection sump to reaction tank suitable for handling low & high pH effluent having a liquid discharge rate of minimum 1.0 m3/hrs at a head of 10 meters suitable for operation on 3 phase 415 Volt AC supply as required and pump type should be Vertical Immersible (without bearing & mechanical seal). FILTER PRESS : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PP Filter Press (Body material SS 304) to separate solids from liquids. Type of filter press shall be hydraulic operation, plate size to be 470mm x 470mm. No of plates shall be 5 nos. with suitable filter cloths to be provided.
ELECTRICAL PANEL : Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of cubicle floor mounting type power control centre with aluminium busbars fabricated in standard sections, suitable for coupling at site comprising TPN busbars with busbars of equal size in all phases with half the size of phases as neutral made out of 14 & 16 SWG sheet steel, reinforced angle iron frame work equipped with busbar chambers and cable chambers. The bus fault level shall be designed as per requirement and shall meet the statutory obligation of local CEIG, fire regulations and other authorities. The painting of the complete system shall be powder coated or minimum 7 tank process with red oxide as base primer and finished with enamel smoke grey/opaline green. The power control centre shall comprise incoming and outgoing air circuit breakers & MCCB including all accessories like fuses, interlocks, etc. All outgoing feeders shall be connected with XLPE armoured cables & suitable removable type gland plate to be provided for each feeder. The power control centre shall be complete with earthing, feeder and identification markers, cable identifications, danger caution boards, floor mounting channels. ELECTRICAL CABLES : Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of PVC insulated, heavy duty, copper conductor, 1.1KV grade armoured, MV cable of the following sizes as required, generally conforming to IS:1554/Part-I/1970 Size : 4sqmm x 4core copper cable; minimum cable quantity required is 200 mtrs
INTERCONNECTING PIPE & FITTINGS : Supplying and laying of CPVC 1" (100 m) & MS pipe Class B 1" dia (100 m) conforming to IS, including pipe specials like bend, elbow, tee, union, coupling, cutting the pipes with all accessories. Pipes shall be CPVC SH80 & Fittings SH80. Supplying and Fixing of 1" CPVC Ball valves for water lines and for air line 1" CI ball valves (20 Nos. each) with all accessories for installation. 10 Nos. of NRV, 10 Nos. of Butterfly valves and 10 Nos. of pressure gauges as per suitability and process flow requirements.
MSFRP TANK : Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of MSFRP tank for reaction and settling process. The MS sheet thickness should be minimum 6mm and 2mm FRP lining to be provided at inner side of the tank and 1mm at outer side of the tank. The type of FRP resin should be Vinyl ester. The tank should be provided with proper MS supports for structure with provision of walkway and ladder arrangements with proper covering sheet of MSFRP. Tank Volume : 2KL, Size : 1.0m x 1.0m x 2.0m ht, Sheet Thickness : 6mm, FRP lining : Inner-2mm, outer-1mm, Resin Type: Vinyl ester.
External Piping works : Supplying and laying of PVDF pipe (800 m) of 3" dia. conforming to IS standards for collecting raw effluent from lab at different locations to the ETP collection sump. Pipe will be laid in concrete trenches of size 1'x1' (2" thickness). Concrete trenches shall be laid as per CPWD specifications Vol I & Vol II including ground preparation followed by laying a mixture of gravel and sand dust followed by 80 mm PCC of 1:2:4. Trench will be covered with removable RCC covers all along its length. The approximate distance would be 800m and which includes road crossings wherever required, so the work should include digging, pipe laying and proper finishing. The piping should include necessary fittings like bend, elbow, tee, coupling, valves, cutting the pipes. Pipes shall be SH 80 & Fittings SH80. All the reinforcements must be of 8 mm Wrought Iron bars. Supplying and laying of CPVC pipe of 2" dia. conforming to IS standards for connecting treated effluent from ETP to near by sewage chamber. The approximate distance would be 300 m and which includes road crossings, so the work should include digging, pipe laying on a layer of bricks and proper finishing. The piping should include necessary fittings like bend, elbow, tee, coupling, valves, cutting the pipes. Pipes shall be CPVC SH80 & Fittings SH80.
INCOMER CABLE FOR ELECTRICAL PANEL : Supply, Laying, testing and commissioning of PVC insulated, heavy duty, copper conductor, 1.1KV grade armoured, MV cable of 12sqmm x 4cr size as required, generally conforming to IS:1554/Part-I/1970 . The approximate distance would be 150m. The cable shall be laid inside HDPE pipe of suitable diameter and approximate length of pipe required is 200 m.
SHED WORK FOR ETP : Supply and Installing of Shed (1000 sqft area) with MS Structure with required sections of iron bars for Roof purlins and other typical places including double coat enamel painting the complete MS Structures For ETP Plant ; Shed work includes : Site Preparation/Site Levelling. Excavation of earth approximately (-)4.5 feet deep for the foundation of room as per the specified dimensions. In this foundation trench, a layer of 1:4:8 PCC (Plain cement concrete) is laid in the dug portion before placing the reinforcements for the foundation. Formation of Ground beam followed by Plinth beam. Building of superstructure with 6 Nos. of Reinforced Columns for each corners of the wall and center of the two walls (Length Side). Constructing 9” 1:4 CM Plastered (inside & outside) Brick walls for the shed with proper provisions for door, windows & other functional requirements. SS 304 double leaf door of width 8 feet and height 7 feet with approved design and with door lock and handles. Painting of shed walls (inside & outside) with one coat of putty followed by base primer followed by color of our choice. *All the reinforcements must be of 8 mm Wrought Iron bars.
