Supply of Bi-directional elevated type high intensity Runway Edge Light Fitting suitable for use with 150W 6.6 halogen lamp complete with all accessories including lamp and lenses of suitable colour and filters and base plate as required etc.

Supply of Bi-directional inset type High intensity Runway Edge lights for aviation visual aids requirements complete with shallow base and matching bidy of the fitting, inner body and outer cover made of die-cast aluminium complete with 2 X 105 watts, 6.6 amps pre-focused reflector halogen lamp of 6.6 amps currentwith connected heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, opticals assembly, "O" ring seal, pressure relief test plug, hardware, lenses and all standard accessories and ready for site installation as per required (Inset type halogen type Runway edge light fitting Bi Directional Yellow/clear)

Supply of 03 lamp, 03/04 leg, Precision Approach Path Indicator unit (PAPI) with totally corrosion proof material, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof IP 54 enclose made of phosphate aluminium alloy with powder coated painting in aviation yellow, vertically adjustable legs, support legs and mounting plates are of special aluminium alloy and are totally frangible, checking stick, spirit level, Tool kit set and all accessories i/c three sets of anodized aluminium reflectors, toughened front glass, clear lens, Red dichroic filter, 6.6 amps secondary lead up to 05 mtr length, Air filter, lamp holder, four number 6.6 amp. 200 W Halogen lamp with life 1000 hrs, designed for wind load up to 200 kms/hrs. & heat sink etc. and complete as required as per ICAO & FAA standard with latest amendment.

Installation, testing and commissioning of PAPI System along with all its accessories i/c taking level & setting right angles (minimum 03 times) by Total Station / Theodolite, excavation, PCC foundation (1:2:4) of size 800 mm(L) X 900 mm (W)X 300 mm (D) with PCC base (1:3:6) of size 1000 mm (L) X 1000 mm (W) X 100 (D)upto required level, plastering, refilling, providing foundation bolts and nuts, fitting, fixing, cleaning, marking, earthing, connections, providing pipe for secondary leads, painting and ground calibration of the system as per latest ICAO standard and also including photometric test of PAPI fittings after installation and submission of report in soft copy and hard copy in colour print. etc. complete as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Indoor type air cooled constant current regulator (CCR) of microprocessor controlled based suitable for operation on 240 / 415 Volts + 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of suitable current output (2.8,3.4,4.0,5.2,6.6 Amps) suitable for local and remote control operation with suitable control supply and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system, with output current indicated on multifunction digital display, over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earthleakage meter, positive back indication equipments, relays, contactors, complete as required for the following rating and confirming to specifications enclosed. (FAA Compliant).

Supply of Medium intensity elevated type omni directional LED Taxiway Edge Light Fitting with 1W LED complete with all accessories including blue lens for LED, base plate and assembly with heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, optical assembly, ""O"" ring seal, pressure relief test plug, connecting secondary lead, all required hardware etc. as required for ready to site installation fixture and as per confirming to ICAO Annex-14 requirement.

Installation, testing & commissioning of elevated type omni directional Run way edge light / LED Taxiway Edge Light Fitting complete as required.

Supply of 15 watt, 6.6A/6.6A, rating 5KV, 50 Hz series Isolating transformers encapsulated in polyster resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondry connections confirming to specification as required suitable for above mentioned fittings.

Supply of 150 watt, 20A/6.6A, rating 5KV, 50 Hz series Isolating transformers encapsulated in polyster resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondry connections confirming to specification as required suitable for above mentioned fittings.

Supply of 6 Sqmm, 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type 1 class B connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core 6 sqmm size copper conductor cable confirming to the specified specification etc complete as required.

Supply of 16 Sqmm, 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type 1 class B connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core 16 sqmm size copper conductor cable confirming to the specified specification etc complete as required.

Supply of 6 sqmm, 5 KV grade copper conductor XLPE insulated, polyethylene sheathed, single core, unscreened cable as specified in particular specifications as required.

Supply of 16 sqmm, 5 KV grade copper conductor XLPE insulated, polyethylene sheathed, single core, unscreened cable as specified in particular specifications as required.

Supply and laying of 50 mm dia, Medium Class GI pipe in ground with threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box, providing check nuts etc as required. (for laying between CI housing box to cable trench) complete etc as required

Supply and laying of 15 mm dia, Medium Class GI pipe in ground with threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box, providing check nuts etc as required. (for laying between CI housing box to cable trench) complete etc as required

Supply of Cast Iron Isolating Transformer Housing box (double hole type), water tight round type, metal container of outside dia 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all around, except top surface, which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate / cover plate on the top and having two hole on the periphery center, 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 50 mm dia GI pipe & 15 mm dia GI pipe as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 X 40 MM tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos M10 tapped hole having centre to centre distance 260mm along with bolts complete etc as required.

Installation of transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 300 mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of earth and refilling complete etc as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe lSI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (90 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed runway/taxiway cable of 5 KV grade upto 16 sqmm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL /DWC pipe as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 meter below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required

Earthling with G.I. pipe 4.5 m long x 40 mm dia. including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. including charcoal or coke and salt complete as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut bolt spring. washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required

Supply of 2 X 4 sqmm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor EPR insulated PCP sheathed, anti termite & anti rodent treated 600 V grade cable as specified in particular specifications as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of Inset type Runway edge Light Fitting including cutting of bituminas surface by breaker/core cutting and making surface clean etc complete as required.
