Organizing visit of skilled technician/Engineer of OEM (which is Clivet) of central AC Plant of capacity 5x225 TR for the followings :-(i) Depute a skilled technician/Engineer for two working days except Sunday/ Holidays. (ii) Checking, Testing and providing consultancy for necessary repair to be carried out and providing necessary testing report of each Central type AC plant unit. (iii) Providing consultancy for repairing maintenance schedule for the smooth working of all equipments. (iv) The entire equipments will be serviced in presence of skilled technician. Note: (a) Necessary repairs and parts to be replaced will be paid separately under respective items. (b) Contractor will provide the uniforms for technicians. (c) Contractor will provide necessary documents from the OEM in respect of visit to be carried out as required by engineer-in-charge.

Minor spares such as nuts, bolts, washers, aluminum lugs, grease or any spare part required for satisfactory operation of AC plant other than mentioned in this CA here-in-after are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. Nothing shall be extra entertained on this account.

If Contractor fails to repair/replace any faulty items within 24 Hours after entry of fault in log sheet, a panel recovery of Rs. 2500/- per day after 24 hours shall be recovered from next RAR from the contractor without any formal communication besides the recovery of penalty.

Material and labour for descaling of condenser unit of 225 TR screw type water chiller plant including accessories like pipe line and condenser tubes by using wire brush and cleaning thoroughly by using cleaning prescribed chemical (as per IS) to make system serviceable as directed by Engr-In -Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair of condenser unit of 225 TR screw type complete inclusive repair of condenser copper tube after testing and provide brass/bronze metal dead plug in unserviceable condenser tube and descaling of water chiller plant including accessories like pipe line and condenser tubes by using wire brush and cleaning thoroughly by using cleaning prescribed chemical (as per IS) to make system serviceable as directed by Engr-In -Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair of Chiller unit of 225 TR screw type plant inclusive removing all moisture /water contents deposited inside the chiller complete and testing for entire satisfaction of Engr-In -Charge.

Tacking out carefully refrigerant compressor, screw type, compressor type 134-S-140-LZL of capacity 115 TR, 415 volts, 3 Phase, Max equal /working pressure LP/HP 13/19 Bar, displacement 560 m3/h and pressure test LP/HP 14.5/21 bar installed on 225 TR screw type chiller plant after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing electric/gas pipe and other connection for complete over hauling with replace all bearings, gasket set , owing set, screw grinding, polishing etc. re-assemble and installed on his same position and connect all connection and controlled PCBs/ Epron Card and other software programming & testing for entire satisfaction of Engr-In -Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of expansion valve of 5 x 225 TR plant complete removing of old expansion valve by company mechanics and re-fixing the new expansion valve including all material which is required for re-fixing (ie oxygen gas , nitrogen gas & welding breezing etc) and connection with own arrangement and making plant running condition complete all as specified and directed. Make: Clivet or compatible with existing make as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Expansion Valve sensor of 225 TR central AC plant as per existing at site complete all as specified and directed Make : Clivet or compatible with existing as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Expansion valve card of 5x 225 TR AC plant as per existing size and capacity installed by authorized company mechanics/dealer and install all the program and making plant in running condition complete all as specified and directed. Make: Clivet or compatible with existing as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Epron card of 5x 225 TR AC plant as per existing size and capacity installed by authorized company mechanics/dealer and install all the program and making plant in running condition complete all as specified and directed. Make : Clivet or compatible with existing as approved by the GE.

Supply and filling Freon gas R-134A in chiller unit, 5X225 TR, as required at site for efficient functioning of chiller complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling Refrigerant gas R-407C in chiller unit, 2x48 TR, Make: Blue Star as required at site for efficient functioning of chiller complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of water sensor of central AC plant, 2x48 TR capacity , Make: Blue Star as per existing make & size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of discharge through valve of central AC plant of capacity 48 TR capacity , Make Blue Star as per existing size and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of PCB card for 48 TR AC plant , Make: Blue Star as per existing size and capacity installed by authorized company mechanics/dealer and install all the program and making plant in running condition complete all as specified and directed. Make: blue star or equivalent make as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Ball valve brass, high pressure size 20mm bore , installe at 5x 225 AC Plant Cooling Tower complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of float valve brass, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule of size 20mm bore, installe at 5x 225 AC Plant Cooling Tower complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI Pipe Medium grade 20mm bore, with all fittings installe at 5x 225 AC Plant Cooling Tower complete inclusive taking out old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Butterfly valves PN 1.6 flanged type heavy duty of size 250mm bore installed at Central AC plant of capacity 5x225 TR Capacity including necessary accessories to fix the same in existing hot and chilled water line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Butterfly valves PN 1.6 flanged type heavy duty of size 200mm bore installed at Central AC plant of capacity 5x225 TR Capacity including necessary accessories to fix the same in existing hot and chilled water line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Butterfly valves PN 1.6 flanged type heavy duty of size 150mm bore installed at Central AC plant of capacity 5x225 TR Capacity including necessary accessories to fix the same in existing hot and chilled water line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Butterfly valves PN 1.6 flanged type heavy duty of size 100mm bore installed for AHU including necessary accessories to fix the same in existing hot and chilled water line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Butterfly valves PN 1.6 flanged type heavy duty of size 80mm bore in AHU pipe line including necessary accessories to fix the same in existing hot and chilled water line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Butterfly valves PN 1.6 flanged type heavy duty of size 65mm bore in AHU pipe line including necessary accessories to fix the same in existing hot and chilled water line complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective/burnt condenser pump motor of capacity 40 HP, transporting the same to local workshop after disconnecting the motor electrically as well as mechanically, opening the motor, taking down burnt winding wire, rewinding the motor with same size and gauge of copper winding wire, refining the same in original positioning and testing the pump set to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. The local workshop shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective/burnt secondary pump motor of capacity 20 HP, transporting the same to local workshop after disconnecting the motor electrically as well as mechanically, opening the motor, taking down burnt winding wire, rewinding the motor with same size and gauge of copper winding wire, re-fixing the same in original positioning and testing the pump set to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. The local workshop shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective/burnt Primary chilled water pump motor of capacity 10 HP, transporting the same to local workshop after disconnecting the motor electrically as well as mechanically, opening the motor, taking down burnt winding wire, rewinding the motor with same size and gauge of copper winding wire, re-fixing the same in original positioning and testing the pump set to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. The local workshop shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing defective HEPA filters from OT complex of size 900x600mm after taking down outer covers, removing nut, bolts and washers from plenum including cleaning the plenum internally thoroughly and fix new HEPA filter complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old PVC fins (film type) from the cooling tower for 5x225 central type AC plant and fix new PVC fins as per existing thickness, size and pattern complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :As approved by the GE.

Material and labour for testing of water leakage in drain out tray of size 1400X1400 mm and depth 450mm of cooling tower made out of fiber body after finding out any type leakage, repair with heavy duty adhesive and fiber sheet including cleaning all settled scale in tray and provide Stainless steel strainer 2mm thick on delivery pipe 150mm dia of existing size and shape complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement dry core filter suitable 225 TR chiller plant complete all as specified and directed. Make: Clivet, inclusive taking out old one.

Supply and replace compressor oil as per OEM Recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and servicing of AHU including welding , jointing, greasing of bearing, pulley, fan belts, foundation and all type of fabrication work in AHU, alignment of motor and blower unit blower fan repair and AHU repair complete all as specified and directed. Note : all defective parts will be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting all incoming electric connection of FCU and remove all pre and fine filter from the FCU and keep in safe custody for re-fix after cleaning with chemical mixed pressure water and clean complete FCU Chamber. complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out carefully burnt out VFD, 3 phase, 415 volts, 5 to7.5 HP Motor from the AHU after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing electric connection and fix new VFD with same specification and Make i.e. Danfoss VLT suitable for 5 to 7.5 HP, 3 Phase,415 Volts, AC Motor on same position and testing for entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective/burnt out blower motor of capacity 7.5 HP from the AHU & transporting the same to local work shop after disconnecting the motor electrically as well as mechanically, opening the motor, taking down burnt winding wire & rewinding the motor with same size and gauge of copper winding wire complete inclusive replacement of all bearing/bush & re-fixing on the same position and testing for entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down defective/burnt out blower motor of capacity 5.5 HP from the AHU & transporting the same to local work shop after disconnecting the motor electrically as well as mechanically, opening the motor, taking down burnt winding wire & rewinding the motor with same size and gauge of copper winding wire complete inclusive replacement of all bearing/bush & re-fixing on the same position and testing for entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out deteriorated blower unit of capacity up to 7000 CFM complete and replace with new blower unit as per existing make, size and capacity including testing in all respect for entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of foundation of 10 HP primary Pump installed at 5x225 central AC plant inclusive broken foundation nuts & bolts after taking out 20 HP Motor and re-construction of foundation with same size with 1:2:3 PCC inclusive New MS foundation nuts and bolt and fix the pump on same position after proper setting of PCC foundation inclusive all incoming and outgoing water & electric connection and testing for entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 3 pole (Three pole + 1NO) power contractor, MNX-12, 30 amps, 415 volts in main panel of 5x225 TR Central type AC Plant complete inclusive all incoming and outgoing electric connection and taking out old one, testing and taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3 pole power contractor, MO-12, 32 amps, 415 volts1NO+1NC in main panel of 5x225 TR Central type AC Plant complete inclusive all incoming and outgoing electric connection & taking out old one, testing and taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing, Repair of GRUNDFOS Digital Control Panel suitable for 4XVFD complete inclusive re-set of controlled relay, overload relay, digital display unit, repair of controlled card etc and testing for entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.
